Efficient, keeps the customer informed
My car needed some insurance repairs, Fix Auto Wrexham collected my car from my home and left my courtesy car, they sent regular texts, and phone calls were dealt with efficiently and politely, my car was repaired and returned 2 weeks later, very pleased with their service.
A problem arose around 6 weeks after my repair, a message appeared on the dash saying 'service side detection system' and the blind spot detection stopped working. FixAuto agreed to take the car in to check, reset the system for me (even though they said it probably wasn't caused by the original repair), and even provided a courtesy car while it was with them. If it was possible to give six stars here I would. Great service from a great company!

Car looked like new
I was sent by my insureres, they did a great job on my car, no complaints. I was given a lovely new SUV hire car, the only complaint being they wouldnt let me keep it lol. Would highly recommend.

Car was returned with broken glass inside car.Window seal was not fitted correctly.Returned with door panel not replaced,now awaiting replacement-why return the car if work wasnt finished?
Their customer services have not replied to my complaint. Very poor workmanship and no desire to address my issues.
I would therefore not recomend this repair garage.

Very good service . Door to door delivery quick work my car went in the garage on the 17th December and I had it back on the 7th January which I thought was good considering there was Christmas and New year in between.

My Poorly Audi…
FixAuto kept me informed about my vehicle throughout. Initially they said it would take around 10 days but actually it took 6 weeks due to waiting for a part for the wing mirror, not their fault. I am pleased with the work they have completed though. They were very courteous and helpful.

The work was carried out well
The work was carried out well, the initial booking in and follow ups were great, and once the car was ready the delivery offered was prompt and efficient. What let me down a little was the finer details, the vehicle cleanliness on the outside was not well presented, still a bit of tape residue on the window surround, a small bit of over spray on the top of the window, not a deal breaker and can be removed but should not have been there, and the tyre after being fitted to the newly repaired wheel, was not cleaned ( tyre lube from fitment) not a deal breaker however I would have thought on a freshly repaired wheel some more attention to the finer details would have been welcomed. All in all the repairs were done well, and parts assembled well, just some more attention to detail would have earned 5 stars.
