Everyone I spoke to was polite, informative and helpful from the moment they promptly picked up our damaged car to the moment it was returned. Not only that but they also liaised with the car hire company when they harassed us to return it. Cannot fault their customer service and the car looks brilliant too! Thanks guys.

Fast, easy, and hassle free service
I used FixAuto through my insurance company after a third party caused significant damage to the drivers side of my vehicle. From the initial contact from Marcus to the WhatsApp images requested, vehicle drop off, courtesy car (an impeccably kept Skoda Kamiq) and the final vehicle collection, the service has been second to none.
I was updated at every stage and even contacted when a repair they thought was accident related hadn’t been approved by my insurance so this could be rectified. Marcus and Amelia provided great customer service throughout.
Upon collection the cars repairs were explained in full, all of which were perfect and above what we expected.
Will definitely be returning for any future repairs!

Great communication, very organised and helpful staff , the repair itself was done to a high standard and in a quick time frame.
Only negative was my car was not washed and cleaned which I would have expected to inspect the repair correctly.

Five Stars for the Repair… and Their Patience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They repaired my car brilliantly. The biggest challenge of the whole job wasn’t the repair, it was getting hold of me! I was impossible to contact for the quote, wasn’t home in time when they collected it, and wasn’t there when they dropped it back either. Despite me being an absolute nightmare customer, they never once made it feel like a problem. Fantastic service, great communication (when I actually replied!), and I’d happily recommend them. Guys - thank you. I’m sure my licence plate will be engrained in your mind for a while.
