A thorough and professional inspection
When we needed an EPC certificate, your inspector, Matthew Boulton contacted us promptly, kept us updated when traffic congestion delayed his visit by an hour, and carried out a thorough examination of the property. He made a number of helpful suggestions, which we appreciated, and which went a little beyond the strict requirements of the EPC. We would be happy to use your services again.
