My Mac died completely, I worried for everything that was stored on it. I spoke to Will on the phone who explained everything and my Mac was collected. They replaced my motherboard and keyboard as both were beyond repair and they kept me informed at every step of the process. I also opted for the Mac MOT to deep clean various bits as my Mac is 6 years old and well used. It was delivered back to me and it took around 10 days for the turnaround. Its all working brilliantly again and no data has been lost. Brilliant service A+++

Helped me diagnose and fix a problem with the start-up disk for my MacBook Pro, and upgraded the hard drive for a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful and luckily managed to extract all my data off the old hard-drive too, as I had written it off as a loss in my head!

Very pleased with service and result. My MacBook had been splashed with Prosecco and it was repaired at aprox half the price quoted by Apple. Would use again.

I dropped my old iMac in as the power supply had packed up, estimate was e-mailed to me the same day and the repair done the next day. Superb service done on time and on budget.

I bought a 2017 iMac from a well known High Street shop thinking it would perform as well as my existing 2009 machine had up until recently when it started to struggle. Disappointingly, it's performance was terrible, taking 2 minutes 27 seconds to boot up and my apps struggling to work. The guys at Fixmybrokenmac recommended replacing the hard drive with a new SSD - and thankfully it now boots up in 20 seconds max and the apps perform as they should. Whilst annoyed at Apple for dropping their standards, spending the extra for the new SSD was well worth it - the performance has improved immensely. Great service and communication throughout - I highly recommend them from buying a refurb machine through to repairs (which I've also done on other occasions with my daughter's iPhone and macbook). Excellent service!

Happy to have discovered this shop and service. They fixed my cracked screen on my broken MacBook Pro at the cheapest price I could find after shopping around. Excellent service and response to messages was very quick. From dropping off my Mac to being ready to collect was less than one week with a bank holiday Monday in the middle. Really happy with my Mac it feels brand new again.

They fixed the screen on my iPad (supposed to be the most difficult screen to fix) and it works perfectly. It wasn't cracked, it just had vertical and horizontal lines all over the screen. Apple had quoted nearly £300 (and they would essentially give me a refurbished iPad). This was done at a fraction of the cost.

Great Service. Issues with my Mac were quickly identified and repaired. Received my Computer back just 72 Hours after taking it down to the store. Mac is now as close to being as good as new as possible.

The guys at FixMyBrokenMac were excellent managing to fix my MacBook despite the complexity of the problem. I have been using it none stop since its return no issues. I am highly recommending them to everyone. Wait was lengthy but for the results worth it. Cost me significantly less than Apple asking £1200 (could have bought a new one). FixMyBrokenMac were able to recover all my data on the machine. Please with their service.

Battery replacement for iPod Touch
I took my son's iPod Touch into Fixmybrokenmac and they booked it in within a couple of minutes. There was a slight delay in the repair, but this was due to cracking the screen during the repair process and they had to order in a replacement screen. This was done at no extra cost and was explained fully when I collected.
I would certainly recommend for any Mac/iOS repairs

I experienced a problem with my MacBook so decided to contact Fixmybrokenmac and spoke to Will. He listened to my problem and then very kindly talked me through and resolved the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me free advice. In today’s world this is rare. However, I will repay him by spreading the word and next time my Mac plays up it’s going straight to Will’s workshop.

Simple efficient service and by taking some advice from the guys my Mac came back better than it went. Being able to log on and track progress added to the phone calls to keep me updated meant I always felt part of the whole process

I contacted Will at Fixmybrokenmac and quickly realised he was very knowledable and informative. I took my 27 inch 2013 iMac in and a few days later it had been serviced and a new SSD hard drive installed. It now boots up in 20 seconds is running super fast and I'm really chuffed. I found FixMyBrokenMac off a google search and from my very first phone call they had great service. My MacBook Air was diagnosed and fixed within less than 2 weeks! Really happy with the result and even better that I didn’t have to spend the fortune I know other companies charge for the same thing! Also I love the peace-of-mind that the warranty gives! Already using them for another MacBook and would definitely recommend!
