Great experience, tech was patient, knowledgable and efficeint. Had several issues and he handled each one thoroughly and promptly. I had a little bit of confusion paying for th emigration service, could of just been me.

They are very responsive and honest. I used them for two occasions. They fixed our first problem and were not able to fixed second problem. They immediately refunded for second work that they could not complete. I will hire them again if there is any issue on my site.

We hired Fixmysite.com to fix some WordPress issues on our site. Paid them in advance as is required, and before starting the work, they ignored their own security protocols for our password access.

They asked us to send them their required security access for our website through Onetimesecret.com. They then could not find the email sending them the open link from the Onetimesecret.com program they told us to use.

They then asked us to send our WordPress and web hosting passwords to their general support mailbox and said it would be "ok." When we said no, they sent us a new link to a different security program. Ignoring their own security is a total rookie move and so unprofessional.

At that point, we had lost our trust in them for obvious reasons and had spent a couple of hours getting everything they needed ready, which was very frustrating.

Not everyone is an IT professional and understands or knows the ramifications of such lackadaisical bad behavior. We asked for our money back immediately, and they returned it.

At the recommendation of a friend and mentor, I contacted Fixmysite. The process to update my website was quick and easy. I certainly will used them again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you!
