Resolve issues effectively

Fixr took over the management of tickets from an event that I originally bought tickets for from the actual event organiser. At times it has seemed like the interface between the two companies has been a bit clumsy but each time I have contacted Fixr they have responded and resolved the issue. The people sending emails seem to be polite and friendly

refund

I couldn’t make it to an event I had paid for and was unable to sell the ticket. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to get a refund at all but when I reached out to customer service they were responsive and helpful and simply asked for proof that the event organiser authorised the refund. I really appreciated the support and I got a full refund after a few emails, thank you specifically Amelia, Fixr.

Fast Responses

I had a ticket issue which was not visible on the fixr app. I contacted the fixr team and they managed to sort this issue out asap. Great customer response rates.

Bought a wrong ticket for an event

I accidentally bought a ticket for an event in JHB instead of Durban. I contacted them regarding the incident and they were happy to offer me a full refund. Within 2 days i had received my funds in my account.

Incredibly helpful and very prompt…

Incredibly helpful and very prompt response to my ticket lost issue due to SIM card swap.
I contacted the company with a prove of payment and have promptly found my ticket and emailed it. I was worried it would be lost and gone but the finding of my lost ticket was not an issue. I appreciated the no hassle approach. Thank you

So straightforward


So straightforward, no fuss and expedient.

Even when I mistakenly deleted my tickets, I sent an email for help, and literally the next morning they were emailed to me again.
Can really recommend using FIXR

Money returned

There was a network issue when buying my ticket for a concert, and so the money went through but I didn't receive a ticket. I emailed Fixr, and within a week the money was back with me, and the issue was sorted. Thank you Amelia from Fixr for being so helpful.

Amelia was super helpful transferring…

Amelia was super helpful transferring my tickets when I accidentally selected the wrong venue. She was super quick to respond and lovely to chat too! Would defiantly recommend:)
