Great customer service. I lost my ticket to Womad 2026 and emailed the team at FIXR. They got on to it straight away and I had a reply email in a couple of hours with a replacement ticket.

I made a mistake booking tickets for the wrong venue on the wrong date. Hayley-Ann was so helpful when I called asking if I could swap the tickets I purchased for those that I meant to purchase. The whole experience makes me completely comfortable booking tickets through Fixr.

Bought a ticket for a networking event only to find out there was no such event. I paid R80 for that ticket and would like a refund. I am really annoyed and disappointed because I was looking forward to this event

1. Easy to purchase tickets, they don’t make you create an account which I appreciate
2. Team was helpful when I lost my ticket, I emailed them my proof of payment and they replied with my ticket copy within 2 business days.
Have not been to the event yet though. This review is based on purchasing experience and their customer support.
Increased likelihood of checking out more of their future events due to the ease and support.

Easy to but tickets BUT AT ALL COSTS DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE REDUCTION OFFERED AFTER PURCHASE. THIS IS A SCAM AND WILL COST YOU A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR CLEAR CONSENT.
Had a slight issue setting up my event, but when I emailed the support team, they helped me solve the problem in literally 5 minutes!

I bought a ticket, and the transaction went through but I didn’t receive the ticket l. I emailed team fixr, and they got back to me within the hour and sent my ticket straight to me.

I had purchased tickets through this entity and needed to reschedule. I was informed that that would be fine, but they never got back to me to actually reschedule and the event is no longer performing. I’ve followed up and was told that they would work with getting a refund. I’ve been communicating with someone since December 26 and since January 6th have gotten any further response. Would have to say the reviews were misleading that this company gets back to you in a timely fashion as that is definitely not the case for me. I will reconsider ever booking with this company again. They don’t follow their own process and mislead customers.
