Scammers

"Weighted" products don't include any heavy weights which is already misleading but on top it's not even their products but some low quality unlabeled crap sent to you from china.

Customer service was very good

Customer service was very good. I love the pants! They are very warm and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. The pants are not the best fit as they are long in the waist and short in the leg but as a wear them under other clothing, this is not really an issue for me. Good product over all.

Very disappointed

I ordered a heated vest 3 December as a gift. It arrived 15 December. I couldn’t get it to heat up so raised a query with customer service 15 December. The issue is still ongoing, I have had to buy another gift as Christmas is approaching. My two requests for a refund have been declined despite the information on the website with 90 day money back guarantee. So now I’m left with a vest I no longer need that doesn’t work.

I have bought a tactical backpack for…

I have bought a tactical backpack for £60 from flamin fitness which after two weeks torn because of the really cheap material, and now I am trying to contact them with the number provided on their website but it seems like a fake 0800 numbers and even I tried to follow the instructions to return the site won’t give me an option to return . Basically Do not waste your money at this website

Didn't received my order

I ordered body warmer on 20th of November. Shipping policy says delivery takes 10-15 days, I still haven't received my order which I expected to get by Thursday, 5th of November as it was a gift for my husband. I don't need it anymore. Cowboy company!

Three weeks since order placed and paid for. No item?

I ordered a heated body warmer 3 weeks ago. Two weeks later I was advised it had been dispatched. Anotehr 2 weeks has gone by and the tracking number states "waiting for carrier to update tracking information".

Three weeks has gone by and no product and no tracking.

I have e mailed a few times and just get messages thanking me for my patience.

I have requested a refund as I don't trust that this parcel is on its way.

Quality on the foot brace issues

I recently purchased your foot brace because I play many sports that require running and jumping so I have a high enjury rate. I’ve put it on my foot for a day and when removing I couldn’t help but notice that the strap keeping the Velcro on the brace had started ripping. The quality was not up to standard and I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Poor quality

Brought 3 Micro CPAP Sleep Apnea Machines. All 3 were faulty, ended up throwing 1 away and returning 2. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a returns label, had to contact them twice for it and I am still waiting for a refund. I would not recommend this company and would never purchase from them again. Very poor quality products.

Just be mindful with these guys

To be honest be careful because I ordered 2 items through these guys and they delivered the wrong items.
I ordered 2 medium singlets and they sent 2 (extra large) singlets. When I told them they said it wasn't there fault and that they recently changed their Asian and European sizing online which I don't understand in what country a medium could be converted into an extra large.?
Basically put they will mosy likely mess up your order and make up some excuse to avoid taking accountability and responsibility for the mistake. I'm letting you know so you don't have to experience an unexpected experience like I did. Everyone's experience is different, but this was mine.

I won't order through these guys online again 100 percent.

Sizes are not correct

Sizes are not correct. I ordered a 5xl got a medium. I ordered a 6xl and it's a medium even tho it says 6xl. Do not recomend.

Grossly incompetent. I will never order from them again

They are not fit to run a company. Completely incompetent.
I ordered a product express Delivery. After a week I asked what was going on. They blamed Royal Mail and gave me a tracking number that didn't exist.
After 10 day I asked for a refund... I was told my package was on the way with Evri, but it came up as not received by Evri.
Then the refund... but not including the express delivery charge
Then the following day they advised me they were going to despatch, despite me having cancelled the order in at least 2 emails...again with Royal Mail...

Save yourself the grief find another supplier.

Retuned

Don’t bother sizes are wrong so returned with their returns label and parcel hasn’t moved now for 4 days but elsewhere!

We all know that Royal Mail tracking stops due to parcel normally being lost which looks like it’s happened.

Flamin fitness want me to chase the parcel up but due to it being a business pre paid they telling me to contact the seller. Flamin fitness don’t want to do anything about this and won’t refund my item!
