The service was top class had to have my ring enlarged which was at no extra cost to me. Was kept updated on the whole procedure. Delivery was made to suit me as was away at time of purchase. My ring arrived on time in a beautiful box .

Bought a diamond ring supposedly valued at £6000 2.5ct. Turns out the ring FAILED an authenticity test and was nothing like as described! I suggest you DO NOT BUY from this company!

I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring from Nikki, the communication and customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased this ring on the Monday and Nikki had resized it and posted it out and it was with me on the Thursday. The ring was even more beautiful in person and came in a gorgeous box with jewellery cleaner, my jewellery report and a gorgeous flamingo gift bag.
