Bought three flapjack to take home whilst in New Milton today I can honestly say they were the worst flapjacks I have ever tasted,
They were just like sawdust!

Great quality flapjacks (their dog version is also approved by our rescue greyhound). My online order was well packaged and arrived as expected timeline wise. Husband (our resident celiac) brought back a few items from their Plymouth store after a work trip a few months ago and had good customer service in person too

My wife is Coeliac, and buying Flapjackery flapjacks was on the list at all country fayres and markets where we managed to find them. Immediate access to them via the website is great bonus.

Too crumbly for my liking. Tasted very dry. Bought 3 different flavours. All just crumbled away. Very disappointed

Was surprised and delighted to come across the Flapjackery shop in Plymouth.
Couldn't believe my eyes when I went in, so much gluten free offerings.
Had a lovely chat with the lady serving, who had wonderful knowledge of allergens. And eventually opted for a gf Flapjack Tower.
They were still fresh when I returned home from my holiday a couple of days later, and I have just began eating them, and they are delicious.

I couldn't find a decent flapjack in Derby so upon googling traditional flapjacks, the flapjackery website came up. I loved the look of the flapjacks in the image so ordered 3 large. They arrived very quickly and upon trying them, they truly were delicious, the best I have had in a long time. I will no doubt be a returning customer. If you haven't tried them I would highly recommend you do.

Visited the Minehead store, as I did last year. The flapjacks are absolutely amazing. Fantastic choice in a really clean and well presented store. A special thank you to Gail, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff member anyone could wish for. Will be ordering online soon as,sadly wil not be back to see Gail for another 12 months.

The flapjacks are amazing! We tried the selection of 6 and they were all delicious. We bought some from the shop while on holiday and enjoyed them so much we ordered a box as a birthday gift. The lady in the shop in Lymington was very friendly and helpful. The online process was very easy and delivery was on time.

The flapjacks did not arrive on the date due to awful DPD. I contacted Flapjackery very early morning and they immediately investigated and then contacted me and told me the time they would arrive and the excuse the delivery company made. Wonderful customer service.

We love Flapjackery. The best flavours, the nicest staff in stores, amazing delivery for postal!

My partner absolutely loves these - he says all the flavours are incredible & we were very impressed with how large they are. He refuses to share them because they're that tasty 🤣 we will definitely buy from this company again!

The best flapjacks ever, the texture, the flavours they offer, just brilliant, have purchased when Flapjackery had a stall at The Ideal Home Xmas show and also now order on-line

would definitely order them in the near future has they come well packed and the order arrived on time very easy to order and the flavours are amazing with so many different ones to choose from

Visited the Falmouth store after hearing about the store in the local paper. Bought 3 different types for sharing with family.
Sadly they were all a crumbly mess held together by a thick layer of topping. Not what I was expecting and nothing like traditional flapjack. Should have realised by the extensive date on each package. Won’t be back.
One saving grace in store was Daisy and her customer service as she was so helpful.

I bought a packet of millionaires flapjack bites for my parents. When I opened them they were all broken into small bits apart from 3 or 4. I emailed the company and below is the reply:

I have replied twice with the photo’s and had no response at all. I would share the photos on here but unable to do so.

Unfortunately our delivery was left on front doorstep.

On one hand you have a really generous (enough to share) flapjack which is tasty; on the other a product lacking the golden syrup which binds and gives flapjack its stretchiness. Can't please everyone! The pricing is already pushing it though. From hereon, both shrinkflation or raising the price above £5 each will kill off those like me who are already borderline purchasers (once a regular three-pack kind of guy / now just the one as a treat less often). I'm always surprised they maintain so many shops, so hopefully they'll find a way to carry on... Their 25kg bags of oats are now slightly better value than Morrisons product.
