AWFUL, DO NOT USE!

AWFUL! DO NOT USE!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. Took an order on 17th March for a friends little boys birthday present and still received nothing, including zero responses to any of my queries on where the product is. They have taken my money and for some reason think it’s ok. Hideous thieving company, completely fake.

What a truly terrible company!

Update.
Had to contact PayPal for a refund as I've not had a single email or message back from this so called company.
What a truly terrible company!! There is no customer service at all!! I messaged through shop after trying to track my item. I got 1 reply stating that they would get back to me with tracking info... Never heard from again. So, I emailed direct... No response! I will have to report through PayPal as a scam if my item isn't received by Tuesday. Why I didn't read these bad reviews before is beyond me... I'm usually so careful! I will be making my experience known on every platform I can.

Refund offered as parcel lost

Edit - Ordered a toy on the 18th of January. It said 3-7 working days for delivery. I still haven't revieved anything. On the app it isn't saying its been dispatched

Email recieved from the company explaing it was sent by royal mail but they can not locate it. A refund has been offered. Thank you for the help.

I would give it less than a 1 star if…

I would give it less than a 1 star if possible. Ordered an item on 16/01 and it is now past the delivery schedule and is still yet to arrive. I have tried messaging them on the app they had me download and also emailing. Have just been ignored. Now having read the other reviews on here I am realising how common this is! So poor. Still not sure if I will receive the product and they have taken my money.

My experience with dealing with…

My experience with dealing with Flaretoys was completely satisfactory, placed an order for 3 items ,was contacted to be informed that one item was not instock and was given a complete update as to when all items became available ,then they arrived precisely when I was told with next day delivery and arrived packaged well ,top communication and very satisfactory outcome 5 stars here would use this company again 100%.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE, report and let others know. Banks should be aware before accepting charges from these guys. Total scam.

Update: After leaving these comments they have issued a refund claiming it was sent and lost (lie as the status on their website never changed to shipped nor did I get your order is shipped email or tracking) the status still shows as unfulfilled. They claim Royal mail lost it and they tried to order again but it’s now out of stock yet they waited to disclose this info until I left a bad review. It should not be this difficult, please do better for your customers.

Ordered the item on the 27/12 and still…

Ordered the item on the 27/12 and still not arrived (24/01). Customer service is shocking as messages go ignored or they say they are looking into the issue - said it was posted but I haven’t received it!! Either send the item (re-send) or issue a refund - as I don’t have what I paid for.
Update - refund now issued

Would not use them again

Ordered on 18th December... I did receive a message that the order wouldn't be processed until 2nd Jan but here we are on 11th January and it still hasn't even been dispatched yet! Emailed to query when it will be dispatched and they haven't even responded to it. I have a very disappointed boy desperately waiting for his toy and absolutely no sign of it. I certainly won't be using this company again!!

Item not ordered delivered and no response to return enquiry

I received an order 3 to 4 weeks after I received an email from Shop Pay on 11th November 2023 having not intentionally ordered the item detailed. I had viewed the item but did not order it. The item turned up 3 to 4 weeks from the date of the email which unfortunately I had not read until the shock delivery of the item!
I have emailed Flare from the email address on the delivery note, having had no contact with them whatsoever previously, asking how I can return the item and they have completely ignored me. I would avoid Flare Direct and Shop Pay!

Placed order over 3 weeks ago

Placed order over 3 weeks ago. No delivery, no response to emails, nothing! Wasn't until placed a negative trust pilot review that someone contacted me and delivery was made within 2 days. Customer service was good at the end but rubbish at the beginning.

Very good experience.

We ordered from these people and the price and produce were excellent. However they use Evri, a dreadful courier in our experience, who left the package on the front step at the front of our front garden, didn’t bother to ring or knock so the package was wet when we found it. We sent a pic of the package on the step to help them approach Evri. Will definitely use Flair Diect again. Top company.
