Incorrect trainers sent

Incorrect trainers sent and one of them didn't even work which ruined my little boy's Christmas. The phone number doesn't connect and they just ignore emails. Bunch of cowboys that don't deserve any business..

Ordered a size 8 was sent a size 5

Ordered a size 8 was sent a size 5, no returns label or invoice I had to pay £10 for a recorded delivery to send back. I have yet to hear from them and the numbers on the website do not work. Plus no one responds to email which means I am not sure I am even going to get my money back.

Do not use at all!! Terrible and not sure if they are a legit business.

This Company Should be Banned from Trading

I wish I had search for and read reviews of the company ahead of ordering.

I thought the 2-3 days shipping would be well within the 2 weeks to the event that I wanted to wear the item. The event has come and gone, but I still do not have the item.

The contact information in the original order confirmation is "garbage". Almost feels like a planned scam, as the phone number does not connect and do not receive any answers to emails sent to the so called support email address.

These practices should result in a company being banned from offering it's services in the UK or to UK residents.

Anyone reading this review I would suggest you give this company a wide berth,

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would - ordered some trainers for my niece for Christmas with 1-3 day delivery time - they didn’t turn up and I have sent multiple messages to customer service but have been completely ignored. Total scam - they took my money and didn’t send me anything. Criminals.

No customer service at all

No customer service at all. I returned some shoes that didn't fit (they seemed good enough quality) on the 19th July, well within the 30 day return period. I had lost my invoice, so i followed their guidance "If you have misplaced your invoice please include a short note including your name and order number and let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a refund." Bearing in mind you have to PAY for returns, so I'm already £5 out of pocket.

Received confirmation that they were delivered to flashwear on the 23rd July. I hadn't heard anything within the time frame THEY had set out on their website "We will issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer." so I followed up by email, and again using the contact form on their site. I have tried phoning both numbers given on the order confirmation and neither of them are in service.

It's been 34 business days since they received my returned shoes, and I haven't heard a peep from them, or got my £38 refund. For those keeping track, I'm now £43 out of pocket. That's a lot of money these days, and more than I'm willing to just let go.

Fabulous item good quality

Ordered these no problem delivered 3 days later no problem cant say anything else other than great flashy t shirts good quality as well we cant wait to stand out 🤭👌🏼

Faulty goods - unable to get a response.

The ordering process was easy and the order was shipped in time, however, within 2 wears the light up trainers I bought for my grandson broke. I have emailed 4 times with no response and the contact telephone number on the order doesn't work. Very frustrating.

Great customer service

My previous review was that customer services weren't good at communicating but they have actually been very good in resolving the situation with faulty shoes and wrong sizes. They were very fair in sending out replacements in the required sizes and also sent a returns label for us to return faulty shoes. Thank you. My daughter loves these shoes and gets lots of comments on them. We have recommended them to lots of others.

Roller shoes

I was abit worried ordering from here as there was some bad reviews, then my parcel came and it was the wrong item. I ordered light up roller shoes and instead I got light up boots. I tried to contact them on the phone number and live chat and had no luck. I then decided to email them on the Friday afternoon explaining that it was a birthday present for my daughter on Tuesday and said that all I wanted was a return label and the correct shoes by Monday and to my amazement they emailed me back within 30 minutes apologising and on the Monday the right boots arrived with the return label. The roller boots were fantastic so I had one happy birthday girl.

Keep away DO NOT USE complete scam only gave 1 star as could not leave -20 ordered paid for next day delivery still waiting 5 days later phone number does not exist email waste of time got tracking number does not exist on Royal mail so be warned if you do not want to lose your money keep away

Wrong items sent

Placed an order for 2 3 wire batteries for a music weekend as originals had died. I received 1 3wire and 1 2 wire. Emailed Flash Wear with photo hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend but no response, tried the phone number and that wasn't working so no shoes for the weekend. Very unimpressed with the total lack of after sales care.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Only giving 1 star because it is impossible to give zero.

The telephone numbers on the website and emails are out of service.

Paid for 24 hour delivery and 3 days later my parcel still hasn't been sent to Royal Mail.

Emails asking for updates are IGNORED and I am fully anticipating having to go via the card company for a refund

Coolest shoes ever

Initially ordered a pair but one of them did not work. Support team helped me get a replacement. Coolest shoes I've owned and I've had light shoes before.
Only suggestion to Flash Wear team is to maybe have a working phone number to address concerns. Even if it's just to say that you guys are working on the issue, it would make a big difference.

No refund (No reply to emails/ phone number doesn’t work

I received the two masks. They did work. But i did not need the second mask. So I sent numerous emails asking for the return address, no reply, so I sent it the address on their website. Their phone number is out of order. I may need to take it my credit card company. So frustrating

If you get SCAMMED by this company, claim through your credit card

This company probably buys cheap imported goods with a 50/50 chance they'll work. If they do - happy days for the customer, if they don't you will NOT be able to get hold of them for a refund.

(Though looking at all these effusive one line reviews I suspect many of them are fake - so perhaps even 50/50 odds are generous)

After SIX weeks trying to get hold of Flawshwear for a refund (and therefore outside of the return window) I filed a claim through my credit card company which was upheld.

Surprise, surprise Flashwear suddenly make contact with a sob story about operational issues, staff shortages, behind on emails (by SIX weeks?? And while other reviews reference successful contact?)

If you buy from this company, it's going to be a gamble whether you get goods that work - and their model clearly relies on the fact many customers won't bother to pursue with their credit cards (or if they paid debit won't be able to).

Still waiting for a refund for my £5.99 postage and will continue to post reviews warning others until I receive this.
