Great communication with Bob, who answered all emails promptly. These bikes are great. If you don't need the absolute smallest folded size, I recommend quickly changing out the handlebar for one that is longer, because it completely improves the handling of the bike. Beware, though, you will have to swap out all the brake and shifter tubing and cables to get a longer handlebar to work

getting the quality parts I want quickly. thanks flatbike! This is my second set of the quick detach pedals, got em for a friend. My first set came with the flatten your bike kit with the ThinStem, which is great too. The wellgo pedals are awesome and removal in seconds is perfect for a folding bike, makes the bike super compact and easy to transport. Absolutely brilliant if you have to walk the ebike with a dead battery or problem while out riding. Pop off the pedal, then no bruised shins

Bob has a lot of passion for folding bikes. He and his builder made a custom bike for me and went out of their way to make it just right. Can't recommend Flatbikes enough.

I recommend the Flat Bike company highly. My bike order was delayed in delivery for a very good reason. Upon building and testing it, a rattle in a rim was detected. Even though I was insisting on purchasing replacement rims from a second supplier to meet my son's birthday deadline, Bob insisted on getting the replacement from the supplier. He was successful and a rattle free bike was shipped on time at the list price. I feel that anyone else would not have been this detail oriented with delivering a bike in this period of never ending supply chain issues. My son loves his bike.

I bought (at full price) two THINStem folding stems (1.25) for my 2 Wallke X3 Pro e-bikes. They fit perfectly and are made of solid & joint welded material. Included detailed instructions are easy to follow. Folding the handlebars is the best addition I could make to these bikes for transporting & storage. Quality craftsmanship throughout.
