Outstanding Products and Customer Service
I bought the Thinstem foldable handlebars and the removable pedals. Both products were easy to install, with clear instructions, and very well designed, and solidly built.
The customer service is great. The owner of the business immediately contacted me to check if I had ordered the correct size Thinstem, because it seemed that I had ordered the wrong one. It turns out I had ordered the correct one, but it seemed unlikely because I have nonstandard size handlebars on my bike. When there was a question, he even contacted the bike manufacturer to double check. He was able to do all that without delaying the delivery date.
That is outstanding customer service and communication!

Love this quick release technology and quality but...
Love the quick release technology of these pedals and the build quality is top notch. Installation instructions could use some additional details, especially with with regards to which washer goes where and in what order. I had to find a Flatbike video on YouTube and re-watch the video several times until I spotted washer placement-order details. I'm also a little disappointed with the size of the flat pedals, they are much smaller than I expected. I would suggest placing the dimensions of the pedals on the web site.

I really like it
I really like it. Only one issue is removing the pedal after riding. Maybe the pedal doesn't install snug enough and rotates from the weight one puts on the pedal. Other than that it works great and gives me a peace of mind when I park my bike in public. Hard to pedal off with no pedals.

Hi, Wesley, and thanks for the feedback. Deep in the Wellgo instructions is a recommendation to put a dab of grease in the latch of any pedal with a "too snug" issue. It's a one-time application, and then you should be good to go. (You can also knock it once with the side of your hand with the latch open, but the grease should be enough).
