I just had an appointment with Gagan

I just had an appointment with Gagan, he was very professional with the way he dealt with things. Although, I kindly explained to him I am not in charge of the finaces, he was very understanding in the sense of explaining things to me in simple words. Definately impressed with his work here at Flat pay, will reccomend the service.

SCAMMERS - check the t&cs on their website

A very disappointing experience with flatpay. The headline price seems great and they claim there’s no contract but you MUST go on line and check their t&c’s. There is a contract and it’s for THREE YEARS. Yes three years with a minimum terminal spend each month to ensure you cannot wriggle out. And the best bit? You’re tied and stuck in for three years and they can change your prices at any time! Yes seriously!!!
Use AI to scan their contract (I used chat GPT) and you will find all of the above.
I asked them to remove the above which they said they couldn’t do. So no deal for me. Who signs up for three years to a contract they can change but you can’t leave? Wow.
If something seems too good to be true, sadly it nearly always is. A real bunch of scammers - STEER CLEAR or you will regret it.

So far so good

Joined them recently and so far so good! Tzafi was amazing at taking the time to explain things and made time in his busy schedule to help set up everything so I’m ready to go! Very friendly and approachable which is rare in this day and age of constantly being spoken to by AI

Upgraded to Flatpay

I recently upgraded to a Flatpay card machine and love how convenient it is. All reports are online, so no more piles of paper! Eric and Derick were pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in business for many years

I’ve been in business for many years, and Flatpay is by far the best on the market! Furthermore there representative Henor made it a seamless transition from my old provider, excellent guy!!!

This is the most dishonest company I…

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They need all your information. Pictures of your work. They will return with the machine within a week. After 5 weeks I called and asked for the machine. I was then supposed to send more pictures of our clinic. Now he will return after 1 week. I have not heard from him again for 3-4 weeks now. Now waiting to cancel the appointment. Can't start up without people being able to pay by card. I want nothing to do with that company. Such poor service

Daniel made the whole experience…

Daniel made the whole experience perfect, I wasn't actually looking to switch my card machine provider (again) but the offer was too good to not accept. Daniel made sure I got the best offer possible and I am very happy with the service.
