Not great quality for the price

Not great quality for the price ! The boots have already softened and wrinkled and I’ve only worn them twice !

Fast delivery to Canada and great customer service…

Fast delivery to Canada (about one week). Excellent customer service: they responded quickly and helpfully to all my questions. Unfortunately, the Bon Bon loafers ran small on me, but the return process was smooth and Flattered processed the refund promptly. I’m very impressed with the quality of their shoes and will definitely order from them again.

Bad quality

Bought a pair of shoes, and it broke after I wore it 3 times... shockingly bad quality. Reached out customer support on the issue, they told me to find a shoe repair shop myself and have it fixed. Both the quality and customer service are truly shocking
