I’ve recently started the process of choosing an engagement ring with Flawless Fine Jewellery and have had a really great experience so far.

Maria has been incredibly attentive throughout — always open, honest, and happy to answer any questions I’ve had. She’s made what can feel like a slightly overwhelming process much easier and more enjoyable.

I’ve now secured a diamond and I’m really excited to see it in person, and even more so to see the finished ring when it’s complete.

My partner and I had an appointment for an engagement ring here and it felt so special. Phawa was excellent! His customer service was top notch and without him the process would not have been as enjoyable, we ended up leaving with the perfect ring
