I have just taken delivery of my 3rd vehicle (over the last 6 years) from Fleet Prices. Anissa has supported extremely well with each vehicle lease.
Communication is always good. Prices are competitive and delivery of vehicles on time. I expect I will be contacting Fleet Prices again in 3 years when my new lease agreement expires.

The second time I have used Fleetprices, and Anissa has been my contact on both occasions, absolutely fantastic experience.

- No Surprises on any costing aspect of lease
- Communications great throughout the process
- Delivery earlier than initially advised, on time and date as organised
- All options covered and included

Will use again next lease, 10 out of 10.

I haven’t least a new car for a few years now and found the process with Fleetprices and in particular Daniel to be extremely helpful. It was easy to navigate around the website, all upfront costs were clearly defined and confirmed with me over the phone. Correspondence was prompt and any questions I had Daniel was available to answer them immediately for me. Delivery was within 10 days and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a lease car.

Leo was fantastic! 2nd car that we have had from him. He is so easy to deal with, giving the best price and lots of good advise. I have recommended him to all our friends.

Absolutely brilliant, no messing about, family business too so you don't get passed around hundreds of people that don't care, they give you the cheapest price they can - immediately, no haggling/dealers trying to see how much they can rob you. Much simpler than messing about with a franchised dealer and just as knowledgeable, Robert was brilliant, would thoroughly recommend. Don't see any reason to use a franchised dealer again. About to order second car from them in the space of 4 weeks.

Leo was extremely helpful given the challenging conditions with Covid. He was always available for advice and nothing was too much trouble. Speak to you again in 2 years!

First experience of leasing a vehicle and I must say I have been very impressed with the service, professionalism and customer care displayed. I think It was Dan that dealt with my order , apologies if I got name wrong. Received my vehicle on 23 October having been contacted by the driver who advised me of approximate delivery time. Delivery driver took me through the procedure and the vehicle. It never felt as if I was being rushed and any questions I had were answered. The greatest compliment I can pay is that I've already decided I will return to Fleet Prices for my next vehicle

Alistair Blair and Fleet Prices have been very professional and helpful, securing me the car I wanted (Mercedes A200 Saloon). Despite the challenges that the current Covid 19 situation posed, Alistair remained in regular contact, attempting to source the vehicle at the price I had allocated. Leo and Fleet prices have just delivered my new 330i, and the service was brilliant, as I have come to expect, this being the fourth or fifth car they have sourced for me. Alastair has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. As this was my first ever lease I had many questions to ask about the process and next steps but Alastair has always kept me up to date with regular (sometimes daily) updates which made the experience a lot smoother. I also have to give credit to the support team who were also very responsive and kept me well informed until the day the car was delivered. It is fair to say that the best rates on the market were well-matched by great overall customer service.
