Very happy with the high bed I ordered from FLEXA. Fantastic quality and much easier to put together than I expected. Customer service was brilliant! very helpful and always quick to respond. They helped me a lot with the gift card which I really appreciated. Overall a really good experience and I’ve actually just ordered another bed!

Great double bunk bed
We bought our daughter’s single bed back in 2021 from a Flexa store in Ireland. We added to this bed in 2024 to create a bunk bed with double on the bottom. Excellent quality and delivery. We subsequently had an issue with the bunk bed ladder and as it’s still under warranty, Flexa in Denmark are directly replacing it. Highly recommend based on product quality and service.

Super happy with our mini bookcases with doors
We are super happy with our two mini bookcases with doors! The quality is great. They feel solid and there was no bad smell from the paint (which we unfortunately had experienced from another brand). They were easy to assemble too.
The furniture is definitely made with the kids perspective in mind.
On first arrival a few of the parcels had been damaged during transport. :-( Flexa’s support were super helpful and replaced the damaged parcels immediately. We are so grateful! Thank you! 🤗

Delivery not satisfactory!
The bed we received is top!
However the Delivery needs to be more customer friendly. The large pallets was left aside in the house by the delivery company. These equipments shall be collected und reused instead of being disposed at the customers who will generally have problem to deal with them.
