​I had the misfortune of dealing with…

​I had the misfortune of dealing with Flex Car recently, and I cannot stress enough how much of a waste of time and energy this service was. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
​The primary issue began immediately upon arrival. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the car was nowhere near ready. I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time while staff scrambled around, completely disorganized. There was no communication, no apology, and zero sense of urgency regarding the delay. My schedule was completely thrown off because they couldn't manage a basic pickup procedure.
​To make matters worse, the customer service experience was atrocious. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted as if my valid frustration was an inconvenience to them. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or provide any kind of accommodation for the massive delay, they just offered shrugs and empty excuses.
​Do yourself a massive favor and book your rental elsewhere. Flex Car is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly incapable of managing basic logistics. Save your time and money—look for a company that actually values its customers.

Terrible customer service

Had difficulty finding basic information even though I’m a platinum member and I’ve been a member over four years. They could not locate my information and tried to tell me what I was seeing on my app, even though I was reading directly from the app.

The perfect car ownership alternative

The perfect alternative to car ownership for me! I love driving a nice, reliable car and never losing sleep or time over dealing with annoying car maintenance. Couldn’t be happier and hope to see them expand and continue making access to a car more affordable. Great customer service and leasing centers too.
