Flexcar has consistently fallen short in multiple areas, including vehicle quality, vehicle condition, and customer service. After nearly a year as a customer, my experience has been, at best, around a 2/3-star level. Unfortunately, the repeated issues and lack of improvement make it difficult to recommend this service to others. Stay away from Flexcar.
Best car delivery a customer can ask for!
First and foremost flexcar provided a reliable car, 24/7 customer service, and most importantly transparent on everything. Very pleased customer.

FlexCar, your contact center needs to go
The only reason I'm not giving Flexcar a lower rating is because of the ATL Hub team.
My experience with Customer Care was frustrating from start to finish. What should have been a simple one-call resolution turned into multiple calls, repeated explanations, inconsistent answers, and an issue that became bigger than it needed to be. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was being passed around without anyone truly taking ownership of the problem. As the process dragged on, the empathy seemed to disappear, and I seriously considered canceling my Flexcar subscription altogether.
Then I connected with the ATL Hub team, and the experience was completely different.
They listened, showed genuine care, took ownership, and focused on finding solutions instead of giving me the runaround. Every interaction left me feeling supported, informed, and confident that someone was actually working to help me. They solved my concerns, gave me peace of mind, and completely changed my perception of Flexcar.
Honestly, if I had been able to work directly with the ATL Hub from the beginning, I believe my issue would have been resolved in a day or less. Even if it couldn't have been fixed immediately, I know they would have made sure I felt supported throughout the process.
The ATL Hub team understands what real customer care and customer experience look like. They made me feel valued as a customer, they treated me as though they were helping a family member or someone close to them while my experience with Customer Care at the Contact center felt unheard, unvalued, unappreciated, transactional, frustrating, and time-consuming. The Hub team is the reason I decided to stay with Flexcar instead of leaving.
This rating should really be five stars because of the ATL Hub. I would gladly update my review if Flexcar allowed customers direct phone access to their local hubs instead of requiring everything to go through the call center.
To the ATL Hub team—thank you for going above and beyond. You really put yourselves in my shoes. Your professionalism, compassion, and commitment to helping customers made all the difference. I had a world class experience with your team and I look forward to more great experiences with you in the future.

Perfect service especially for travel nurses!!
I'm a travel nurse and have been using flexcar for about a year now, and it has been an absolute life saver for us. We have a great reliable car with great features and insurance is included, for WAY less than we were paying with rental companies or turo (which we had multiple bad experiences with unreliable poorly maintained cars).
Customer service has been really responsive any time I've had questions and we've driven across the country without issues. You can also swap cars easily and they apply fuel discounts to your account. Just a perfect service I can't recommend it enough! Honestly I probably won't bother buying a car as long as flexcar is around!

Flexibility as the name suggests. I was able switch the plan as needed. One quick recommendation though. As my credit score improves so should my monthly charges reduce. Now the only option is to submit car and get a new based on revised score.
