Do not buy from this company. The quality is Terrible and all emails are left unanswered. Was even charged more than what i agreed to.

This is a drop shipping scam. Ordered 4 on a deal - only got 2 and neither have base caps so are useless. No reply and no refund. Drop ship scammers like this need to be stopped.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take note.....Do not buy this brush it is totally rubbish and not fit for purpose.
£14.99 waisted after a two week wait.
If you want one go to a company called Asobeage. Same price but top quality.
Anyone claiming the product it great is a fraud and probably works for the company.

Very poor customer service. I bought a product 2 weeks ago and emailed about faulty product. No response!!!

What a joke!!! I paid £30 for 2 of these cheap, tacky, flimsy, easily breakable, pieces of plastic. Customer service is diabolical and totally unprofessional. Do not, whatever, buy from this company!!!

My brush arrived on 31/08/2021 after a 9 day wait (advertised as "next day delivery")
I was utterly unimpressed with the quality and contacted customer services the same day to let them know about the problem and ask for a full refund as advertised.
1. The brush does not sit properly in the container
2. The brush pulls out the insert as you remove it
3. There is silicone / glue where the handle has been attached
4. No explanation of the 2 clear squares - how to attach etc
Overall a very cheap and poorly constructed loo brush worth no more than £2.00 and not the £14.99 paid. I am also suspicious that the outer box doesn't actually say it is a flexibrush and looks like a cheap Chinese import to me.

Despite emailing the company AGAIN to date, I have heard nothing: not even a courtesy reply to acknowledge the reciept of my email.
As such, I can only presume the worse and suspect we are dealing with rogue traders. Ergo, until a full refund is recieved (I will update my review) my advice is to have NOTHING to do with these cowboys

I wish I had the opportunity to give no star. Very cheap and looks like a toy. The parcel dropped through the letter box, however, I had to return it signed for at my own cost, this was after several emails requesting return information. I have emailed again for a refund of my postage I won’t hold my breath. Please please do not waste your money.

I ordered two brushes. One arrived without the wall fixings and missing the bottom section of the holder. The company finally answered my email but asked that I send back the faulty item at my own cost. They also stated it should be complete, that is, unopened and completely intact. Since the whole problem is that it's missing pieces, I don't have any faith that I would get a refund or a replacement brush. I bought another one on Amazon for half the price. It arrived the next day, is complete and better quality!

Ordered one as i saw this advertised a lot! Was abit hesitant after seeing mixed reviews however I had a good experience. Fast and speedy delivery - I accidentally chose the wrong colour but the company easily helped me resolve the issue! Super classy product, very pleased!!

Amazing quality and great customer service. I had to change address and they handled the matter instantly. Glad I made my purchase from here.

I ordered their toilet brush direct from their website to ensure I didn’t receive a counterfeit product. However what turned up looked as if it was a cheap imitation of their product. Firstly the cardboard box it arrived in was bashed in. The product itself was covered in dirty marks which makes me wonder if it had already been used and returned to their warehouse, before being shipped out to another customer. I am not sure if there was a part missing - the plastic was certainly not of good quality and not worth the high price paid for it. A total disappointment all in all. I threw it out and bought one at John Lewis in the end, where you can always rely on good quality and customer service - a rare thing in today’s world!

Ordered on the 21st July 2021.with a 3 to 5 day delivery time ...Money taken.on the 21st ..(despite communications and reassurances they have been posted)..Nothing has arrived.. ...it is now the 11th August 2021 and my request for a refund has been ignored. Looks like the CC company will be able to claim back the money though.Complete lack of business acumen ...dont bother.

Badly moulded; bits of plastic hanging off, parts missing and doesn't stand up. It is nothing like the advertised product. Customer service asked for photos then when I asked for a response said to send photos again then ignored further requests for a refund.

The toilette brush differred from the one advertised. It's missing a piece at the bottom of the holder, making it completely useless. When asked about it they first tried to say that the model didn't come with the missing piece, then after being shown evidence (a screenshot of their website) they told me they would refund me if I sent the time back at my expense and only if the packaging was not already open. Hence a scam.
