These things wobble and it's in the legs you can't do anything about. Now I have an expensive desk that feels like an Ikea one. Every time I rest an arm on it, you feel it move.... every single time. And they run on their "stability and strenght"... just another company that lies to get your money.

Great customer service
I ordered a electric adjustable desk. It arrived within 4 days. Unfortunately, although packed very well, there was a chip out of the front top surface. I sent an email with pictures of the damage. I was shocked to get an almost immediate reply telling me a new top was being shipped pls confirm my address. The new top just arrived ( 36 hours) since my interaction in perfect condition. In my mind the measure of a great company and great customer service is RECOVERY, or addressing any issue promptly.

Flexispot E7 Plus - good product, great customer service
I ordered Flexispot E7 Plus (4 legs) standing desk, with a 55''X28'' rubberwood desktop in early April 2026. Shipping was quick, got the frame and the desktop in 3 days or so. Unfortunately, the desktop had 2 cosmetic issues on arrival: a scratched corner and a crack on one side.
I contacted support with the pictures and the details. Got a quick response and a no hassle fix: a new tabletop shipped. Got the new one in several days in great condition. All set as of mid-April.
Appreciate FlexiSpot's products and their service! Certainly earned my loyalty and friends + family referral.

DO NOT BUY FROM FLEXISPOT
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating.
I have been trying to get a refund from FlexiSpot for over two months. Every time I reach out, I’m told the same thing ... that my refund has been processed and will arrive within 10–15 business days. It has now been well over 20 days since I first heard that (I am still waiting on my refund).
What makes this worse is the lack of accountability. Each time I call and ask to speak with a manager, I’m told they are unavailable and will call me back. That call never comes. At this point, it feels like messages are not being passed along at all.
Meanwhile, the desk I purchased, the one that is supposedly covered under warranty, is literally falling apart. Despite repeated communication, no replacement or resolution has been provided. As someone who works from home, having a reliable desk is essential.
After two months of back-and-forth with no real progress, I’m left feeling misled, lied to and ignored. The repeated assurances have not matched reality, and each follow-up seems to come with a new excuse rather than a solution.
At this point, it feels easier to purchase a new desk elsewhere than to continue dealing with customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly reconsider before purchasing.

I ordered a 120×60 cm standing desk a few days ago and was really impressed with the build quality.
After setting it up, I realised I needed a slightly larger desktop (140 cm) since I use two 27-inch monitors and the 120 cm felt a bit cramped. They were more than happy to accommodate a replacement at no extra cost, which I really appreciated.
I can’t recommend them enough - very happy with both the product and the service!

Premium Standing Desk (E7 Pro)
I purchased Premium Standing Desk (E7 Pro)in Mar 2026. Bamboo top 60"x30". Monitor stand. Caster wheels. Very happy with everything. The desk and monitor stand were very simple to assemble and desk works very well in standing/sitting positions. Motor is very smooth and desk is stable. I am 6 ft 1 in. Caster wheels may make the desk a little too tall for shorter people while in the sitting position, but it is fine for me in the lowest 25" height setting with the bamboo top (which is the thinnest top I think). Very happy with everything!

I received a standing desk that was damaged in shipment. The table top had a large gash through the formica and into the wood below. I asked the vendor for the Flexispot standing desk for a replacement. The service I received from them was truly outstanding! They looked at the pictures I sent them and promptly sent a desk replacement. An outstanding company!
Impressive customer support
Very happy with my E7 Pro - the wood is lovely and the frame feels very sturdy. I also was impressed by how helpful customer support were when I accidentally ordered the wrong model. They arranged for the return and I was able to then order the actual one I wanted. very good experience, all round.

The quality of the product is amazing
The quality of the product is amazing. I’ve never owned anything like this for my little company. One piece arrived damaged… on a late evening, i got on the website and a live agent responded to me within 2 minutes. I sent a picture of the damaged product and the the batch number - they responded by sending me a new one and telling me to keep the damaged product (a beautiful tabletop (that is damaged but is otherwise a beautiful bamboo piece of wood…).

Bought several of the standing desks and love them
We bought the standing desks. Love them! Had an issue with one of the control panels and sent them an email. Was contacted super quick by a guy named Patrick. He asked for info, we went back and forth a few times and he already has my replacement part on the way. All of the back and forth emails and issue resolved within a couple hours. Way to go! This is the kind of company I want to do business with.
