Bought several of the standing desks and love them
We bought the standing desks. Love them! Had an issue with one of the control panels and sent them an email. Was contacted super quick by a guy named Patrick. He asked for info, we went back and forth a few times and he already has my replacement part on the way. All of the back and forth emails and issue resolved within a couple hours. Way to go! This is the kind of company I want to do business with.

I've owned a E5 with Mahogany chipboard top for almost 2+ years. The moment an issue arose, support helped me out and sent replacement parts. The desk itself has functioned almost perfectly. Would recommend this desk to anyone who sits at a desk all day and wants to stand up sometimes. Shout out to Rovic and Glenn

Patrick is the customer support and also technically wizard with all around product knowledge who combines his advanced product knowledge along with a composure and efficiency to not only solve complex problems and answer technically advanced knowledge but simplify them to the user and ensure each interaction he has is on of resolving the inquiry while empowering the user on whichever product the inquiry about. I attempted to cancel my e7pro because of technical ui difficulties on the site and was beyond frustrated in many aspect towards flexispot but Patrick used his empathetic and consultative approach along with active listening to keep me focused on my end goal for building my workstation with this integral piece.
He’s the reason along with the reviews on Reddit but even then so Patrick being directly tied with the org and being as as responsive as he is incredible. The balance of wisdom and eq and obvious workflow skills help with risk mitigation should be praised by Flexipro. He is a an asset as much as the product itself. The two factored together saved my purchase and I look forward to working with flexifit in the future base off this experience

Great customer services! I bought an adjustable desk from FlexiSpot 2 years ago. However, the control buttons were malfunction. I contacted FlexiSpot and to my surprised, they sent me a new desk with a newer version! I'm happy to recommend my friends to give FlexiSpot a try!

I initially had a less‑than‑ideal experience with my chair because it arrived with multiple damaged parts. However, the customer service team completely turned the situation around. Their support was excellent — more than one representative reached out to me, and they were not only friendly but also proactive in understanding exactly which components were affected, seemingly to improve their product design.
