The pump does a great job
The pump does a great job. I’ve recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately mine appears to have a bad battery. Contacted Flextail and they are sending out a replacement.

Long shipping times
Not sure why the shipping times are so extended?
I could have flown to China myself to pick them up quicker, all be it with slightly more expense.....
Been waiting 12 days now, it had better be worth the wait.

I'm a really big fan of Flextail
I'm a really big fan of Flextail. Their products are extraordinary, creative and reasonably priced. 1,5 years ago I had purchased the Villa Lantern 2 and was amazed by all its features. It works as a night light, has 3 different levels of light, functions as a humidifier and as a powerbank. Wow. I was really satisfied. But just after 1,5 years it stopped working :(
Flextail agreed to replace it free of charge though. Thank you!

Obviously Flexitail do not read emails with the Video i submitted dissapointed is an understatement. I took the time to Video as Flexitail requested, followed your Instructions and submitted the video.

Ultralight equipment 5 Star!
Since day one im a happy customer of flextail. Either the new kickstarter products or the old classics - everytime extremely glad by the outcome. I use them heavily as a long distance ultralight hiker. And on top you get the best customer service in the world. Like people taking customer and service for real. All my love to this company !!

Flextail max pump
I purchased a flextail max pump. Very strong. Pumps up an xl mattress within 1 minute. Unfortunately the battery failed after one year. The pump was replaced by flextail.

Mosquito protection extraordinary
I took it into the woods to put out corn and my brother and I did not get attached by mosquitoes as we did when I forgot to bring it. He was amazed and I already had praised its effectiveness against mosquitoes. It is an awesome tool to have in the woods that are normally swarming with mosquitoes.

I have several flextail products.
Shower 2 pillows and a sup pump.
Everything has been awesome. Pillows are comfy shower works great for rinsing dishes your body giving the dogs a shower outside. The SUP pump is awesome. Now me nor my wife will have a heart attack pumping her paddle board up haha

Owned for over a year.....
Had this pump for a while, and it has always worked well, took me a while to get familiar with the switch between PSI and Bar. Small enough to carry in Jersey back pocket and you get maybe three road bike tyres inflated. When it suddenly stopped working, after maybe a dozen uses the company provided me with a replacement despite the warranty being out of cover, so top customer service.

I bought the ZERO Mattress R05 in July…
I bought the ZERO Mattress R05 in July 2025. It's genuinely impressive gear – ultralight, packs tiny, and the 5.6 R-value is no marketing fluff; it kept me warm on cold ground where other pads didn't. After about 14 months one of the internal baffle welds gave way, so one section ballooned and the pad no longer lay flat.
I contacted support with photos and a video. The claim was outside their standard one-year warranty, but after a short exchange they agreed to send a replacement free of charge, and the new mattress arrived within two weeks. No forms, no shipping the old one back, no fuss.
Products can fail – what matters is what the company does about it, and Flextail stood behind theirs. I'll keep buying their gear.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money!
I bought two powerbanks in August, after waiting a couple of weeks for delivery I found that one was faulty.
I immediately got in touch with customer services and after having 2 'by the numbers' responses communication stopped from them.
I was then invited to leave a review, which I happily did - needless to say that hasn't been posted on their website.
I won't be spending any more money with them in the future.
