Good experience booking long distance flight

I booked a complex itinerary using premium economy which can be difficult. Everything went very well and tickets were confirmed quickly with the airline and issued. Based on this booking I would certainly use this site again.

one update : part of my flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. Customer service was non existent from Flightfinder so I had to book an additional flight myself to get home. They did refund the amount of the cancelled flights about 3 months later. I can't mark them down on the complete lack of service as it was a difficult time.

I was a bit wary after purchasing my…

I was a bit wary after purchasing my flights and seeing some of the comments on here but everything went swimmingly in the end. It was a bit daunting waiting for my ticket as I only received it 24hrs before flying but cant complain. Great bargain!

wrong INFORMATION AND pdf file ABOUT CHANGE OF FLIGHT so I have to miss my flight

Hi ,
Because of wrong information provided i have to miss my flight. On December 3, 2019 they send me mail about my change of flight schedule and it was 18.30 in pdf version but when I want to go to airport for the flight around 11.30 I wanted to check online from home but the plane has left already from airport at 11.50 and i started to contact them and airlines, they send me new flight schedule around 1.53 when the plane had missed already. I have of proof of the email that i have received and I have done my insurance of my flight when I purchage the ticket, what should i Do?You can check the email that you have sent to me on 3rd of december 2019 and 17 of december 2019 after I have missed my flight or I can send it if you want to see it or I can come to the office and you can see the information from my mail. Is it good to provide wrong information to their customer and give stress? I hope,the same mistake will not be repeated to other customers.
FIRST,they said it was airline who will give the new ticket and were denied to give new ticket but later they want to give me new ticket after 5 days and they asked for additional money which was more expensive than buying a new ticket.
