In your case you asked if the ticket was changeable , which fully depends on the tariff rules you have bought.
We , as travel agent, only follow the given regulation and cannot change it, in case if the ticket turns out to be non-changeable.

Dessverre men så har flyselskaper alle rettigheter til å begrense reisebyrå i det som gjelder ekstra tjenester. Dette gjelder og bagasje og derfor velger vi å la kunden sjekke læget i bookingsprossessen og/eller direkte hos oss.
Vårt systemem er spesielt tilpasset kundekontakt nesten døgnet rundt, så at alle kunder har mulighet til å spørre oss æven før bestillingen.
