Everything was quick, easy and honest.

The quoted price was raised after they had already taken my payment. Really a disappointing experience. Apparently their guarantee isn’t worth much.

Absolutely the worst airline ticket booking experience I have ever had. My flight is leaving in less than a week. I have not received a ticket and they refuse to confirm the ticket. Support is unwilling/unable to work with you to try to book the ticket. They made it sound like there is a chance I will not get a ticket for the price I paid, and the price may go up. They offer absolutely no value and only stress to the travel process.

The booking process went smoothly and we got our tickets. They show on the airline’s website as well.

The agent resposes were helpful after I called the support line after more than a day, but it will be great if FlighGuru can reach out quikcer.

48 hours after purchasing the tickets I still didn’t have the confirmation and now that I do not only I have confirmed my tickets but also 2 trips that are not line but under my name. I am still waiting for someone to call even though I have called 3 times..
Also trying to get price on a part of my ticket to be able to get a different flight bc of connection time, and like I said none can help bc no one’s called me back

Easy booking, but not able to see the tickets on airline App (SAS). It has been 24 hrs.

The agent who helped me on May 13, 2023, with a flight from Miami to Vienna, with a layover in Zurich was outstanding! He called me back twice as promised to assist with the finalization of the booking. I would have missed a very important trip and the flight if it was not for his diligence and great customer service!

Found good flights but couldn't choose seats. Probably should have gone directly to airline's site.

First flight got canceled departing from Miami but it was re-schedule for the next one. Overall all was good until my destination, Nice!

The agent was knowledgeable and was able to answer my question quickly.
I was initially concerned because the email I received sounded like a phishing scam, but the agent was able to confirm it was a legitimate email and resolved the issue during the call. Much appreciated!

After a lot hustle and bustle with their website. They wanted to increase the price. I didn't believe the comments that they wanted to increase the price. Trust factor 0, or may be even -10

My experience with flights guru was great . I bought the ticket at the last minute but when I get to the airport all I needed it was my confirmation number and the price was reasonable thanks a lot I will choose flight Guru in the future

I like the fact I was able to apply for a loan to pay for the tix. I was not so thrilled about not able to reserve my seats when it was an option. In the end I have my reservation number but now I have to worry about seats so my Mom and I can sit together.
