Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the delay of my flight. I would be satisfied once I receive appropriate compensation for this delay, as it caused significant disruption to my planned schedule.

Had the flight departed according to the official timetable or on time, I would not have incurred losses in my business. I am the owner of a company, and the delay directly affected my professional obligations and resulted in financial loss.

I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that I be informed about the compensation procedure in accordance with applicable passenger rights regulations.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.
Thank you very much for your support and for taking the time to look into my case. I truly appreciate your efforts.

Yours sincerely,
Marlena Stojmirovska

Flight Help review

I was very pleased with Flight Help from the moment I arrived at the airport. Despite a four-hour delay, a kind and attentive lady was very proactive in helping us secure our compensation. The process was smooth overall, although I wasn’t notified when my claim was processed and didn’t realize it had already been resolved. Still, it was a great experience—thank you, Flight Help!

Compensation approved in April but still not paid – unacceptable delay

My flight delay compensation claim was successfully approved by FlightHelp. I was officially informed on 25 April that the airline had accepted liability and that the compensation was obtained.

I signed the mandate in April and submitted all requested documents and bank details. I also contacted customer support, who confirmed that my file was complete and in order. According to FlightHelp’s own communication, payment should have been processed within 21 working days.

Unfortunately, several months have now passed and I still have not received the compensation. Despite multiple follow-ups, no concrete payment date has been provided and the delay remains unexplained.

This experience has been disappointing for me because of the delay. I received my payment very late.

I dont recommend this company

I dont recommend this company. They barely answer my messages, no help, no support. They said they solved the case but I never got any compensation back. Its like they took my money and now they dont care. I dont encourage people to work with this company at all.

Thanks for the helping hand

The representatives were waiting for us and kindly told us that we can apply for compensation. It surprised me, that there is a company which inform and help us about the travellers rights and opportunities in case of a situation like this. And all the help comes free. I really appreciate your job and very grateful for the offered help.

It was fine

It was fine, but we had a 4-hour delay and we have health problems and we have been stuck for a while.

My flight was significantly delayed…

My flight was significantly delayed with no clear explanation or proper communication from the airline. Passengers were left waiting for hours without updates, assistance, or compensation. This caused a lot of stress and disrupted my travel plans. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I expected a more professional handling of the situation. I hope the company improves its communication and takes better care of passengers when delays occur.
