It takes a lot of time but this company doesn't give up. After ca. 2 years we have received maybe not much but I'm happy that eurowings is brought to justice after what they did to us.. thank you flightright! And what is important we don't have to go anywhere maybe because I have every prove and document sent to flight right. Thank you again!

They reached out to me and took me through the whole process. It took a long time.

VERY DISSAPOINTED. They used to be a serious company, now they charge at least 41% of your compensation (with trial). A few years ago, it was around a 25% fee (with or without trial), which is reasonable.

In this case, almost 2 years to receive any compensation. Besides that, I had to write them to remind about my case because it seems they forgot it. Finally, when I got my money back, they charged me that nearly 50% of the compensation. I will never get back to them again, I am sure there are much better alternatives

Do not use this company last June we had a 4hours 40minutes delay with Ryanair I went with Flightright gave them all the information that they asked for was told normally takes four to six weeks to get refund then to be told after many months it was going to dealt with there lawyers because Ryanair would not even reply then Flightright have asked me to send information about the delay to which I have already sent a complete waste of time please do not use this company

The handled my case well. Once I was asked to send my papers. All the rest was done by them. I got a part of my compensation after a year, but it’s normal that the processes are long.

Great service, without them, I would have never received any compensation.

Was excellent and now they are milking the cow.

The claim was 600€ and I got only 250€ out of it.

Very simple, good and regular communication. Most importantly, successful - Flightright managed to get the airline to pay for our delay.
And that without any major work on our end.

Very easy to apply and very supportive, however they charge 50% of the claim after they have won the case and 0% if they lose. I found out you could actually do it all yourself online. Just Deepseek it!

I am highly disappointed with how my concerns were handled. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process, which ultimately led to a negative outcome in my case after months waiting of my time following up with them. Loss of trust !

Flightright was not able to help me for more than 2 years while my friends got already compensated for the same flight disruption. I advice to use other service to get your compensation.
