The worst experience of my entire life.

The worst experience of my entire life.

This company clearly does not care about resolving issues or treating its customers with respect. For a compensation request involving three people, we received a single response addressing only one person. The other two individuals—including myself—who had the exact same tickets, the exact same flight, and endured even longer delays, cancellations, and rebookings (due to unavailability of site on the same plane for all 3 passengers) didn’t even get a proper response. Our names weren’t mentioned, and there’s been no update on the progress of our complaints.

I am still waiting for an official response and am absolutely furious that a company I PAY refuses to provide any documents or details regarding my personal case. This is unacceptable.

Not holding up to their deal

Bad service. No replies to emails. Swiss air agrees to pay us compensation but has not actually paid it! Flighteight demanded the fee from me cause they see the case closed. I informed them that the compensation has not been received but they do not reply to emails. A bit of a scam in my eyes as I have paid them the fee now. Would not use them again as it’s annoying and stressful chasing them.

I am disappointed with the way my case…

I am disappointed with the way my case was handled by FlightRight. It seems that the primary goal was to close the case as quickly as possible, with terms favorable to the airline, rather than representing my best interests.

FlightRight failed to properly examine the details of my case, overlooking critical points that affected the outcome. Due to their sloppy handling, I received only about 50% of the compensation I was entitled to for my canceled flight, and no reimbursement at all for additional travel expenses.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend FlightRight for handling similar claims. In the future, I would prefer to manage such cases myself or use another service that is more thorough and committed to representing their clients' interests.

Short notice change to our flight to New Zealand

Good that after one year (July/23) and without an apology from Swiss Air that Flightright could inform us of a successful outcome to our case. Instead of the planned flight from Hannover to Zurich with Swiss Air to New Zealand with booked seats and meals, my wife and I were in shock as we checked in at Hannover Airport. Our planned first flight was cancelled and we were rerouted over Amsterdam and Seoul with Korean Airways. We had to organise seats together and meals completely again, on full flights, at each stopover and we almost missed our connecting flight because of a wrong gate information from our flight service. We felt completely dumped on by Swiss Air so we are grateful for the effort and time put into our case by Flightright. Thankyou also for keeping us in touch with your regular updates.

Utter con. Stay away from these cowboys!

They advertise 20-30% commission, however they charged me 44%. They do not reply to any correspondence you send them. I got the EU compulsory compensation (minus commission) after 20 weeks but failed to get any compensation from the airline for extra expenses incurred to due the cancelled flight. After getting in touch with the airline directly they arranged payment for this in less than 1 week. Do yourselves a favour and go direct with the airline and leave these cowboys out of it!

Not Honest

I kept receiving regular updates which I though is excellent.
But then I received an email from them saying the Airline will deposit the money to my account and case is closed!!!! Although I never shared my bank details. And in thier agreement in point 6 they said the are entitled to receive my money from the airline and then transfer the money to me after deducting thier commission. But this never happened. So I believe if they succeed in the case with the Airline they will take all the money to themselves and not give any money. I sent them couple of emails to clear out the issue but never received a response. I feel they are not honest. FR3775239

The process to make a claim was super…

The process to make a claim was super smooth, communication was strong, but I never got to the point of getting a clear answer to whether my claim makes sense or doesn’t, aka getting ultimate result.

Flightright does not recognise my initial flight number

It looks that I am eligable for a compansation as Turkish Airline canceled our flight and we realised it when we try to make online check-in the day before the flight and Turkush Airline proposed us another flight on the same day which was quite early in the morning, but it was the only proposed flight option on the same day by Turkish Airlines and we had to accept it in order to return home.
For this case, I fill in the forms on Flightright site but when it comes to original flight number, system does not recognise entry so I cannot complete the process, there is no helpline to explain and get support

Total scam

Total scam. They sell your data to scammers and after you get a bunch of spam. Furthermore they don't react when you ask them to leave you alone and continue sending emails.
