Easy to navigate the website

Easy to navigate the website, but I felt I was being rushed as the countdown timer was spinning in my eyesight. Seats on this website have a booking fee which must be paid. Booking is easy and the process took me straight to my bank and back to their website.

No customer service

No customer service, Wrong guidance, lose 2 to 3 tickets never get refund. No refund policy, wasted over 4 hours on Heathrow T4 but bus didn’t come. In app they says bus will come but didn’t. Spoke to customer counter at T2 they said buy a new ticket. Now paid over 50£ to get Bristol. Please improve your service specially customer service by call helpline.

Unreliable! Wish We Had Listened to Warnings

Unreliable!

When warned by other bus company drivers about Flix not turning up and cancelling/changing times at short notice we dismissed it as a windup.

A day before our journey we received a message stating that our Inverness - Edinburgh booking had been cancelled and that we should rebook. When we checked we saw that they had merely changed the departure time by 5 minutes. Why not inform us of that at the time and avoid the stress caused?

Return journey also changed. No longer a direct Edinburgh - Inverness but a change at the park and ride in Perth with a four and a half hour wait between buses. This would have led us to miss our ongoing connection from Inverness so we were forced to find an alternative bus at short notice.

No refund available unless we can provide full details of our alternative with tickets, which we no longer have.

Flixbus - you are just not worth it. We’ll stick with Citilink from now on!

The lack of professionalism

FlixBus is so unprofessional; the buses from London to Liverpool (via Birmingham) are late 100% of the time. Trips from Liverpool to Birmingham—especially those leaving before 6 a.m.—are usually delayed, too. Today, the poor driver, who was already running over an hour late, got stopped in Birkenhead (past Liverpool). How is this even possible? Doesn't the driver have GPS? Don't they have safety training? That was my last trip with this company; they never stick to their schedules. We were supposed to arrive in Liverpool at 8:35 PM; it’s now 9:50 PM, and we’re still lost in Birkenhead looking for a tunnel back to Liverpool. What a garbage company.

Teach your drivers how to drive, they are dangerous!

Teach your drivers how to drive! Your Bus in Manchester today came out of a bus lane into the main single line of traffic and veered me into oncoming traffic as I had to swerve out of the lane to avoid him hitting me whilst my child was in the car with me!
If you would like the details of the bus, time and location this can be provided .... he was dangerous and speeding!
