Teach your drivers how to drive! Your Bus in Manchester today came out of a bus lane into the main single line of traffic and veered me into oncoming traffic as I had to swerve out of the lane to avoid him hitting me whilst my child was in the car with me!

Booked a journey from Auschwitz to Krakow, paid in advance. Approx half an hour before the bus was due we had an email saying it was delayed by 40 minutes. We waited and waited and waited but the bus never arrived. When the next bus came we boarded and attempted to use google translate to ask the driver whether we could board this bus with our ticket or who to contact to arrange another means of transport to Krakow - there is NO way to contact customer services by the app other than an online form (we have waited 5 days and still not had a reply). The driver was instantly abusive and violent - he physically grabbed me, assaulted me, pushed me into other passengers several times and hurled verbal abuse at me (including swearing). An American passenger who spoke polish also tried to intervene and communicate on our behalf to explain that we were essentially stuck without any transport because our bus did not arrive and we couldn’t contact customer service but he refused to give us a phone number, he called his office to complain about potentially being late but still refused to ask them how we can arrange transport despite being on the phone to the exact people who could help us. He was very violent and aggressive and upset every passenger on the bus, we were all beyond appalled and especially at such a place as Auschwitz where respect and peace should be at the forefront of people’s minds. Hi behaviour was incomprehensible and very very unsafe. He left a mother, two children and a disabled grandmother alone in a foreign country, in the evening with no means of transport. All he had to do was provide us a phone number or ask for help when he was on the phone to his office. Avoid this company at all costs if you value the safety of your self and your family.

Rubbish service no customer service
Bus booked months in advance. Notification of delay of 74 mins 10 mins before leaving. Waited 74 mins no bus and tracker shows it left on time. Bots redirect you to the tracker which is incorrect. No idea what happened had to pay 4 times the price for national express, very nice though.

The bus was conducive throughout the trip to Bristol on 23rd June, however we encountered a major delay during the trip in Sheffield....we were delayed for about an hour before they eventually transferred us to a later flix bus......it wasn't very pleasant for me becauseIwas late to my appointment......we finally arrived safely at Bristol .
