4/05/2024. Bus 620:19:20 via Aarhus. Bus driver didnt let me go up to the bus, Cause i had 2 normal bags, one netto bag open that had clothes, and one with a computer, iPad and a bottle that contained oil so i denied to put in the baggage Cause this Can break and theres not insurance on it, the driver insisted: ingen baggage i busen, but this was so mean and pushed me (“being pregnant”) out of the bus after he was obstructing the entrance, this is not the way to be with a costumer after this I saw a big man with two bags bigger than mine going into the bus, but since this was enormous I bet he didn’t dare to push him, i ask to the company please don’t let this happen! I know the drivers work hard but the way the treat the costumers is always rude, and I think this is not a nice way to be to the costumers I took the bus in the morning with the same baggage and no one said anything to me, was enough place under the seat for two of my bags

Worst Experience
Normally, the driver announces things in Danish so I used to just stay in the bus. But this time at Odense Syed driver also announced in English that we are taking 5-6 minutes break, so many people left the bus and went to the toilet and so did I. When I came back like after 2 minutes the bus left already. By contacting Flix bus a rude customer agent told me that it was my mistake that I left the bus and asked me to buy another ticket. On the other hand I left some important Documents in the bus and it has been two days I have filled out the Flix Bus Lost and Found form and there is no response till now.

Horrible company that will do anything to steal money from you.
I bought tickets sadly without double checking the date only to find out that their system put a date 3 month ahead, instead of the current date. They refunded less than half on a voucher of course, and their bus driver just dismissed us rudely.

When you want to change ticket you get referred to do that yourself on their platform. But if you change there is a misleading price difference which is not fair play but a way of getting more money from you. The price difference is not based on the actual prices. If you want to cancel you get a part of what you paid as a voucher and the voucher is only valid for a few days, in my experience. In my overall experience, Flixbus is money and not service motivated company. I do not recommend flixbus.

I bought tickets at the front, and they gave my two places to someone else who offered more money, then I got stuck in a random seat, I booked those two tickets in the front for a reason. And all they gave me back is a voucher. And if I want to cancel my trip I had to pay for it too. So never go with FlixBus, they just want ur money
Extremely rude driver who during the…
Extremely rude driver who during the break told me to pull 150m away from the bus because he didn't like the cigarette smell. I also have an electronic one that doesn't smell, but because of the pressure to be quick, I couldn't get it. I also do not like the smell of food and dirty feet on the bus, which, unlike a cigarette, I will have to endure for 4 hours. I will never use this bus company again.

Flixbus Copenhagen. DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY
On Thursday 23/11/23 I went to the Flixbus stop at Ingerslevsgade, Copenhagen.
I wanted to travel to Malmo with my wife on the 12.00 Flixbus.
I did not have a ticket because the Flixbus website says that the ticket can be bought at the bus from the driver with no problem.
I asked the driver for two tickets. He said no, it was not possible and the tickets must be bought online. There were seats available on the bus.
The Flixbus representative at the bus stop also said that it was not possible, online only. The driver and the rep were not interested in helping and were rude.
We asked the driver if we could buy a ticket online right there and get on the bus. He said no because the bus was late. He then stood for 10 minutes smoking a cigarette and talking to other Flixbus staff. We then watched the bus leave.
I then bought two tickets online for the 13.10 bus to Malmo because we wanted to cross the bridge by bus. We waited at the bus stop. The same Flixbus rep told us after 15 minutes waiting that the bus was just coming and would arrive in a few minutes. It did not arrive. We waited until 13.45 and then we asked the rep how to get a refund as we had to take the train instead. We were too late to take the bus. He was not interested and reacted rudely.
I contacted customer services to ask for a refund. I told them about their incorrect information regarding ticket purchase from the driver. They were not interested and would not acknowledge any problem with their information. They quoted complicated delay policies which meant that they could not refund my costs.
So, incorrect information, rude staff, late buses and no possibility of personal customer service.
DO NOT USE FLIXBUS.

Rude and uncomfortable. NOT recommended!
Bus drivers were extremely rude and not helpful or accommodating what so ever. We payed extra for panoramic seats but when we got in the bus someone was sitting on our seats which were dirty and smelled like beer. The window was covered in bird feces and the ventilation system wasn’t working so the trip was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. I asked the driver twice to please turn up ventilation at which point he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that it was already on. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Misleading cancellation policy. I had to cancel my booking 32 days before with "no penalty". However what they don't tell you is that they never refund your money they give you a voucher. I will search for my legal rights for this you cant say you offer refunds and then not give one

Don't buy a ticket here if you are not 100% sure of your travel. Bought 2 tickets that I had to cancel, but it almost costs more to cancel the tickets than the tickets themselves. Also, you won't get your money refunded but they leave you with a voucher that you'll have to use on another booking within a year. Poor (and expensive) service.

Even 1 star is a lot.... After buying a return ticket Copenhagen - Randers, the passenger was moved from seat to another seat, until getting to the point of no seats available and standing for half of the travel. (which is neither legal, neither safe.) While trying to ask for help on the website, because their phone number is not working, the agent was trying to convince me that I haven't bought a seat... After going back and forth for a while the answer I got was: "A system error and please note this is not happening often. If there is nothing I can help you with I will close this chat." I thought they are not supposed to sell more tickets than seats in the buses.
