Thanks a lot for taking time to write your feedback on your experience, that's something we clearly value. As of shipping times, most of our order are shipped within 24/48hours, though with the first sunny days after winter we faced a spike of activity which resulted in longer delays.
About the stock, we completely got you and this is our MAIN target we're working on. As a comparison, six month ago and now, our stock inventory is way better than it was and we're not done. If you need any specific products, please feel free to hit us up so we can sort it out and get that stuff available for you.

Very bad Quallity Assurance
The bumper came like if were scuff, with marks. It was clean, but is was scratched. I have photos when it arrived, and is disappointing, and more when it was a gift for someone else, and considering the prices, it does not feel very well.
EDIT: they were trying to solve it, and made a small discount for another expensive thing I already had to buy. Sadly, the shipping could be better. The best: their will to solve things really count.

Our approach to compensation is always proportional to the issue encountered. When a defect affects performance or functionality, we immediately replace the product under warranty. In this case, since the marks were cosmetic and did not impact performance, we offered a compensation aligned with what we consider fair and consistent with how we support all our customers.
We understand that some of our products may appear expensive at first glance. However, they reflect not only the quality of the goods we import from the US, but also the level of customer service, warranty support, and after-sales care we strive to provide. I have never received the tire. Apparently the shipping company delivered it to a completely different person, they were the ones to reach out to us. We are trying to contact he shipping company as well. Any amount of help would be appreciated”

To clarify: your package was not delivered to someone else. What we’re seeing is a tracking issue from the carrier, which makes it look like the delivery went wrong, when in fact the tracking information simply isn’t updating correctly.
We’ve already reached out to the shipping company to open an investigation and find out what happened. While the vast majority of our orders arrive without any problem, situations like this can unfortunately happen, and when they do, we’re here to help and make things right.
No matter what, we’ll make sure you receive your tire:
- Either the carrier locates and delivers the original package,
- Or we will ship you a replacement.
We also replied to your email at the same time to move things forward as quickly as possible.

Also why does the trustpilot link take me to a spanish version of it, all the text is in spanish instead of something logical, like where i bought too/from or english.

Shitty customer service
I placed my order and the website didn't properly process it so it failed. But the payment was reserved. I tried to contact customer service but never heard back.
Luckily it automatically refunded me.
I later tried to place my order again but using my master card. This time it went through properly. But since them i haven't heard anything. I still haven't received my product and it's been weeks. I tried connecting customer service but once again no response.
