Thanks a lot for leaving a review ! Our packages are shipped from Lyon in France. Custom fees does not apply all the time actually, as the order was a small package, they sometimes don't have fees applied when crossing the border.

Since you placed your order, we have updated the shipping options and you have now 2 options when you're in Sweden, Economic shipping or Express shipping. Before we just had the Economic delivery available.

Ordering : 10/10, fast picking, fastly shipped to me
Delivery : here are a few things wrong at mondial relay, the point I picked out was not the point on the label. ( Then I got a message I had to choose another pick up point, but there were none available to select via link ( but if you search pick up points on mondial relay website, other point in the neighborhood were possible)
So I got to drive 20km to the nearest pick up point after 8 days

Perfect quality and great service
Perfect quality products, shipped very fast and without complications.
When I opened the box there was a personal, handwritten, very kind note and some nice stickers for free.
All in all great service and great products.
