I love these pipes
I love these pipes! I've purchased two pipes already and love the look of them. Beautifully crafted and a joy to hold. And the draw you get from them are excellent! I honestly couldn't think of a better quality pipe for such a competitive price. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I hate reviews,but.....
I hate reviews. But the product is fantastic. The price is very reasonable, especially for what you get. Delivery was reasonable. It was tracked from purchase order to delivery. And the product is unquestionably of high quality. It is American made, which is very important to me. So, even though I hate reviewing products I have to give this company five stars for its product and service.

The quality looks really good
The quality looks really good! But I haven’t smoked it yet.The time from order to the the time I received it was excellent. My only complaint is I chose the option for lettering and paid for it. But my church warden pipe did not contain my initials like I requested😢

I made a purchase for a Dragon egg…
I made a purchase for a Dragon egg church warden pipe made of cherry wood, and the pipe I recieved today had only the color in common with the picture on the site. The shape is not of an egg, the engraved "cracked" design looks more like leaves and the stem seem to be at a lower angle as well. It is a beautiful pipe, its just not the pipe I ordered.
**UPDATE**
After writing my review here, I went to FloggleWerks.com and contacted them. They said that I recieved a glitch, and was happy to send a replacement bowl at no extra cost to me. The new bowl is exactly what I ordered and paid for. Beautifully hand-made cherry wood dragon egg.

We're sorry to hear that there is an issue and that the stem is fitting loosely. We do test the fit of each and every stem-to-bowl before sending them out, but something as simple as climate difference between our location and yours can cause the wood to either swell or contract a bit which might compromise the fit. There are a few things that can be tried to help first, but if that doesn't work then we can consider getting replacement pieces as needed.
First, please be sure that you are seating the stem properly itself. This may seem self-explanatory, but you'd be surprised and how often this can be the fix you're looking for so it's always worth a try. The tapered non-flattened end should be inserted into the bowl, directly following the intake hole. Don't be afraid to push firmly, as the stem may go in further than you think - and that is a good thing! A slight twist while inserting can ensure a nice air-tight fit, then straighten as needed.
I do suggest to try inserting it firmly and having a smoke, and allowing your pipe to cool completely afterward without removing the stem. Doing this a few times over the course of the break-in period can really secure the fit of the two pieces as they form together during the heating and cooling process. Please also be sure that you do not purposefully remove the stem while your pipe is still hot at any time, as this can cause warping in the wood and you might end up with a bad fit.
However, if the issue still persists after this then please let us know and we can work on getting you replacement pieces as needed.
