I ordered a case called Infinity edge for 30+ euros that has a light bleed on the edges. At the moment of ordering there wasn't an alternative non privacy non matte case with anti-reflective layer. It came with iPhone 17 sticker covering iPhone 16 Pro text originally on the box and it has light bleed on edges. They said it's normal and not faulty but offered 50% discount for improved version. Now they have a new listing for 3D glass and they renamed Infinity edge variant to Infinity Edge Case friendly. That wasn't stated when I bought it, 'infinity edge' sounds like something goes to the edge of the screen, not 'infinity but you see 2mm of your screen outside of glass'. I put a 3 star review saying glass itself is great but the light bleed makes it look and feel non premium and that infinity is misleading and review disappeared off the site instantly. They just show 5 stars reviews. It's a shame because the glass is good quality but having misleading names and keeping only 5 star reviews doesn't make them a trustworthy company. Also, customer support didn’t reply to my email after writing that I think it’s not okay to add later that this is a Case friendly version and all that.

This is my 4th Flolab screen protector (different phones) and the service is always excellent only bettered by the product itself...simply the best product on the market.
Almost immediately, this screen protector started showing bad scratches. A problem I never had on less expensive ones in the past. After a week there were multiple cracks, and after 2 weeks, damage on the edges. While they warranty and say "free replacement", it's $10 in shipping each time. Even if it was actually free, I'd have to replace it weekly it seems.
Went to buy screen protector, website specified I could sign up to newsletter for 10% off. I then received another message after asking for my phone number stating: “Take 20% off your first purchase” so entered my phone number, but received only a 10% discount in my email. I contacted support asking where my 20% discount code was and the reply I received was: “Our standard signup offer is for 10% off your first order. Could you please share a screenshot or picture showing where you saw the 20% offer? We’d like to review it to make sure there isn’t an issue with our system.” so, I did just that, I sent them a screenshot of their site where it clearly stated the “take 20% off your first purchase” text and four business days later there’s still no response from the company. Given that firstly their response to me was incorrect, secondly they don’t know what their own site says and thirdly they can’t reply to customers in a timely manner, I decided to order my screen protectors elsewhere and requested they remove my details from their system.
The quality of the screen protectors + camera protectors is nice itself but the screen protector for iPhone 17 does not fit and it is for iPhone 16 Pro. The screen protector is too small for the screen + bezels cover the pixels on the screen. They need to fix it. I have contacted them about the issue with the pictures and instead of offering a solution they jokingly said its a perfect fit.
Update 03.10.25: They are removing reviews from their website. Yesterday I have published my review + 2 other people had similar issues and reviews on the website and today they are removed.
Was a bit confused on the installation because it was a bit too sticky. But it set and it is great! Perfect fit, nice to the touch, very smooth and good reflecting. Very pleased by the product.
Ordered 17 pro screen protector on September 12. Took forever to get an update. Once I finally did, package got delayed in Dallas for postage issues, I reached out to support and they told me it was an “issue” with usps website and that my package was fine. 4 days later, got another update from usps that they seized my package for counterfeit postage and that it won’t be coming to me. I reached out to support and said I wanted a refund. They once again tried to say it was a glitch with usps while also offering me a new shipment (why would I need a replacement if the original is just “glitched”). And they ignored my request for a refund. I told them again I wanted a refund and am still waiting to hear back 4 days later. Horrible experience. Do not recommend them anymore. I have used them for years but they’ve lost me now.
Ordered a screen protector for the new iPhone 17 Pro Max shortly after the presale. Their website quoted 6-10 business days for shipping. After a week of noticing there was no movement or progress on my order being shipped I reached out to Flolab. 48 hours later they responded with the item had shipped, but it was coming from china since they were sold out stateside. Two days later I noticed it arrived in the US although the screen shot sent to me said it was already here. When I checked the USPS said the items postage hadn’t been paid and it needed to be paid for it to be delivered and if not it would become their property. I reached out to FloLab again, this time they responded in 24 hours that it was a mistake on the USPS and that the situation would be resolved. It then moved around the state of Illinois for a couple of days and has been flagged for counterfeit postage. The USPS said it is now their property and that it will not be delivered and that I need to contact my credit card company and the seller. I’ve reached out to Flolab and have not heard from them yet.
I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector on preorder day (Sept 12).
Order shipped and went from Chicago, to Dallas, to Ft. Worth, then Indianapolis (I live in Western Michigan). As I was tracking, I noticed that at each stop (with the exception of Chicago), there was a “delay due to postage”. The package would then move to the next location, and again, a postage issue. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for this, yesterday I am made aware that the USPS is confiscating the package because Flolab shipped with counterfeit postage. I reached out to Flolab and they have been unresponsive. Although I am still hoping to get a response and a resolution, I am not hopeful.
Like many recent reviews, I ordered two IPhone 17 screen protectors from Flolab almost two weeks ago and my order via USPS has been stuck in Houston Texas for a week! Found out via USPS Flolab sent my package to the wrong address! Never again!
Terrible company, I placed an order over two weeks ago and it is still in the processing stage. Opened a ticket to cancel the order and got an automated reply but thats it. No further response from them.
They have taken payment for products that they have not sent. Now I’m trying to get a refund and all I get is an automated reply.
I’ll contact my bank and see what can be done.

The lifetime warranty is no joke. All you pay is shipping. I've made use of it 3 times over the past 7+ years. It's the real deal.
I placed an order on Sep 12, 2025. On Sep 17 support said the shipment was in transit and sent a tracking link. USPS later updated the tracking to: “USPS has not received a postage payment for your item… it is being held awaiting payment and cannot be processed” dated Sep 20. This is the second time the shipment has been blocked for unpaid postage.
I asked for a replacement shipped with a reliable and expedited method. Instead of fixing the problem, my ticket was pushed toward auto-closure without a solution. For a premium-priced product, this level of shipping control and customer care is unacceptable. I would advise others to avoid this vendor or pay with a method that makes refunds straightforward.
Screen cracked after 6 weeks. Sent warranty claim with no response. Waste of money.

Super easy to install. Unfortunately I had it in the shelf for 3 year and the alcohol got dry. Installed it perfectly super easy but with one very small piece of dirt underneath it. flolab did an incredible product. very fingerprint resistant!!
