Great experience with iPhone screen protectors, which is why I gave three stars. But a terrible experience with iPad Mini screen protectors; I ordered three, and all had alignment issues, which I’m not sure were due to defects or damage during shipping. What left me perplexed was that for the first one, I was offered the option to return it at my own expense, which is too costly if you live in Europe. For the other two, I contacted customer service to understand what the issue was, but I didn’t resolve anything, and they stopped responding. By then, I was resigned and even wrote that I didn’t want a return. This is my experience living in Europe, and it wasn’t pleasant.
In the end, I spent more than 50 euros for nothing, provided photos of the issues, and got no positive response from customer service.

Let me first say that the One Time Pro Nano armor screen protector’s anti reflective technology works great and was one of the reasons I decided to go ahead and order it for my iPhone 16 pro max along with the lifetime warranty…. Now let’s get down to the facts … money !
Was costly and with shipping cost me over $50 … after about 3 weeks naturally I dropped my phone ( which has never happened before naturally) from about 3’ high on the edge and the protector chipped … I contacted customer service to put in warranty claim and everything went great. Paid the $11 shipping fee and they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print and I was responsible for making sure I was getting the correct replacement figuring they would send the correct one after I sent them a copy of my receipt from Amazon with all the info of my purchase. Well they sent the wrong one so I contacted customer service again and they graciously sent me out the correct item after I sent another $11 shipping fee ($72 total so far). I got the correct one a week later and while I was putting it on my phone and getting out an air bubble with the supplied squeegee the edge chipped and cracked it! Again I contacted customer service and told them my predicament so they’re sending me another one and yes another $11 !!
$83 now ! I must be crazy !!!! Could have had a lifetime of screen protectors but the anti glare coating, which is very important to me in my daily phone use, got me sucked in!
But this is it for me, I won’t be falling for the lifetime warranty again ! I’ll post my final product review if and when it’s supposed “Nano Armor” and “Reinforced Edge” fail again !!!

I love these products! For years, I have used Flolab's screen protectors, camera protectors, and watch protections. In fact, I have needed to replace my phone more often than I have had to replace Flolab's products!

My screen is so clear with this screen protector. It feels like the original screen. And when it chips, it’s doesn’t continue to crack the entire screen like other protectors.

Absolute scam - they will NOT honor the replacement warranty. I’ve spent three weeks trying to get a replacement for a cracked iPhone screen protector. They stall, ask questions, which I answered. Then they ask for photos, which I provided 5 times. When I did everything the asked for, they stoped responding, this company’s warranty is an an utter scam.

i purchased the screen cover as well as the case protector. i installed the screen protector per the instructions after i watched the video from your company. I am unhappy with the screen protector due to the number of bubbles on my new iphone.

Had a long delayed parcel, even difficult to clarify the situation, at the end Flolab act in a fair way to me. Even frustrating at times, they did showed good will when facts were clarified. This is the reason I give the 5 stars.

I have an iphone 16 pro and i think they had quite a challenge with this one bcz they accomplished something that no other brand could and that is Attention To Details .From the perfectly rounded edges to the smallest black edges that doesn’t cover your display , the silky smooth touch ,the touch sensitivity… etc. I mean they really give the user what he wants at a reasonable price and the reason of that is bcz once you bought it you truly won’t need another for a very long time!!
Same with the white case that i got … bro this case it s not escaping from any eyes , everyone loves it incl. me:))the most premium feeling !!

Had my new phone one day it fell from 1 foot and it shattered, they charged me $8.95 for shipping on a new one that is supposed to have a lifetime warrant

Bought iPhone and iPad cover.
iPad cover was faulty, emailed them and no reply for months, sent two follow up emails to support and no reply.
Not sure how il get a replacement but just assuming it’s a lost cause.

Installation was incredibly easy with all the provided installation tools. Works as expected to reduce the glare and fingerprints as stated in the product description.

This company has a great product, but when I ordered for my 2 new iphone16, I had done a lot of research, including that the newest product was the flo lab protector with NANOARMOUR 6. When I received the 1st order with one protector, the box said "iphone 14/15" and it was NANOARMOUR 5. I informed them and was told it was the same product and was compatible. Since this is obviously a lie, since if it is the "same", then why does it have 2 different names? When I received my second order, there was a label over the original label that now said "iphone 16". Still saying NANOARMOUR 5.
After a back and forth with the company and no resolution by them, I told them I wanted to return both products. They refused to provide me with a return label stating that they "do not do that", even though I was not receiving the correct product, but they said since is was "compatible" there was nothing I could do. I ended up returning the product, paying the shipping myself, just to be done with this, and then when they refunded me, they deducted the shipping from my refund. So in addition to paying the shipping cost for the original order, then paying the shipping to the product that was incorrect, they have kept that amount from my refund. They have a good product, if you can get the correct product, to beware that they may be sending you last years product.

I mean, whats the point to buy any other product for protection and etc from anywhere when you can order from them ?

Customer service is awesome and the product is great. They truly mean when they say "lifetime" warranty!

Flolab is a great company with a great product. The great reviews and YouTube vids sent me to them and I am super-satisfied with my new screen protector. It works as advertised and went on virtually bubble-free. Squeegee took care of the few small stragglers.
I’m very happy with Flolab.

Haven't dropped it from very far up (yet) but the case is solid without adding much bulk or weight. very happy with the way they carve out a spot for the new camera button on the iphone 16 pro. Feels good in the hand. Swappable buttons are neat and work well. Will def buy flolab in the future

I have been using the Surtect Tri-Fusion (Black frame and Black Matte Translucent) case for a little over six weeks and no problems so far. It is not very bulky and the material the case is made from has some texture to it which makes the case decently grippy. The matte finish provides sufficient fingerprint protection. Overall, a very very good case at an excellent price. Shout out to Flolab customer support. They were very responsive and helped me out on a couple of issues.

I made use of their guarantee service and I just got the most competent help. Helpful, fast very friendly.
