Great service numerous times. I've been a customer for quite a few years — they've delivered quality bouquets on time every time (including same-day order). Not cheap, but worth it.

Tiniest bunch of flowers for £50, not delivered as requested. Given the competition out there, you’ll get much better value with several other flower delivery companies. I advise you to shop around.

I wish I had read these reviews 😩 I ordered on behalf of my dad for my mum and the bouquet arrived ok but wilted within 24 hours. My mum is great at gardening so knows how to look after flowers but they still died within 2 days. I was told that she had put them in a vase that was too small!? For £70 it’s just not acceptable. I was offered 15% back and a future discount code but I’ll sadly never order again. So sad for my dad, I feel so responsible I’ll be paying him back myself as I chose this site 🤦🏼‍♀️ Would absolutely not recommend

I really wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase.

I ordered a large bouquet for my sisters 50th birthday but the flowers never arrived. My family and I pooled resources so they too have been let down and my sister did not receive anything on her special day.

No answer from customer services despite numerous attempts to make contact. Finally received a brief email offering a refund and 15% off a future order. Such an insult!!

Ordered a beautiful and very expensive bouquet of red roses for a 20 year wedding anniversary. I placed the order 2 days in advance. The flowers were never delivered. I’m livid!

Avoid at all costs

Honestly, the worst customer service experience ever. £50 for one plant in a pot and they can't even fulfil the order within 10 days. Pot arrived smashed, told a replacement would arrive Tuesday and it didn't, zero communication, chased via email and live chat, told to "be patient" while they give the florists 24 hours to reply, two days later and still no updates, no one picking up phone in office hours, zero compensation offered. Absolute shambles of a company, go to Bloom & Wild or just direct to your local florist and save yourself the grief.

The flowers stunk of cigarette smoke…

The flowers stunk of cigarette smoke from the delivery driver, the tissue wrapping them is incredibly tacky and cheap. Not to mention the flowers arrived 30 minutes past 6pm.

I waited all day for this, and now I have to hand my fiance flowers that stink of cigarettes.

First and last time I ever use Floom, crushingly disappointing.

This company is a scam! £65 on flowers that were never delivered, 3 x voicemails 5 x Instagram messages, several hours trying to get through on the phone and NOTHING.

Really poor experience

I ordered a bouquet from them for St Valentine's day on the 12th.
At 9 pm on the 14th, still no flowers in sight...
I sent an email via their support system. At midnight I received an email indicating the flowers had been delivered. Which was obviously not true. The flowers came in on the 15th around midday. Not only utterly late, but also damaged. I sent another email and called them. I have been lucky enough this time to talk to an agent who told me they would get back in touch to see "what they could do". It has been 2 weeks. I have tried to call them many times since, no one picks up the phone. As for my emails, still no answer to any of them.
Shocking and borderline legal as they don't seem to live up to their T&Cs.

Floom website states that
“What you see is what you get
Love the bouquet on your screen? That’s exactly what our local florist will prepare freshly for your order… or your money back" You might be lucky but my flowers were nothing like the website in size or colour. Refund requested, flowers returned, 43 days later no refund and no useful response from Floom...

The worst company i have dealt with…

The worst company i have dealt with in recent years. ordered flowers that's did not arrive. customer service was shocking, one person hung up on me, requested a manager to call back, still waiting for a response. cant tell you about the quality of the product, but if it matches the rest of the service so far I will be awful.

DO NOT USE FLOOM

Placed an order on Valentine’s Day for some roses (£72!?) only for the order to fail yet floom still took the money from my account, due to my own mistake of entering the incorrect email address it seems everyone I phone can not be bothered to track it the hard way? I’ve sent multiple emails and Facebook messages with no reply. I have got to the point where I’ve accepted that I have lost the money.

Money should not be taken from account if they can not deliver what they are promising

DO NOT USE FLOOM!!

Received broken tulips and the leaves…

Received broken tulips and the leaves were in very bad conditions.
Contacted customer service straight away attaching photographic evidence, they came back asking for more pictures, which I have sent.
After 2 days of this back and forth, they manage to reply, offering a ridiculous resolution.
The first and the last time I use this company.

I ordered flowers for a 50th birthday…

I ordered flowers for a 50th birthday composing a message after researching who may be able to deliver flowers on the 27th of December. Floom said they were delivered when in fact that never was the case. I had to check with my friend who informed me they had not got delivered.

Floom offered to refund the money, but did nothing to make amends. It took over 7 days for the refund.

I raised a complaint on 11/1 and they have not responded.
