I saw the worktops I liked in jewsons...but thought id check them out online. Bought them here slmost half the price. Fast delivery...absolutely 100 percent pleased

After having a dreadful experience after just making an enquiry with Floors 2 Go - very, very pushy, I was determined to find another supplier of what we wanted. I came upon Floor Choice, Matt was so helpful, professional, not at all pushy and just over £500 cheaper!!! We are renovating a house and will buy all floors from here - couldn't recommend them highly enough. Wish we came across more retailers with this fantastic sense of customer service.

Worktops look great and came on the booked day and the driver even gave me a hand in with them, would reccomend.

Most people normally dont take the time to rate service that is good, only bad so i thought that I would comment here and commend the guys at Floor Choice for the high level of service and the speed in which my order was delivered. Keep up the good work, will be coming back.

The choice of engineered flooring on the Internet is bewildering. A floor company let me down at the last minute and I desperately needed to find a replacent. Floor choice staff Mike and Mat were really helpful, got me samples out and ordered my floor in a couple of days. Within a week it was all delivered. Great service ! My only gripe was the delivery service who weren't as helpful and keen to dump and leave ! Change your couriers guys but would really recommend this team otherwise

My first order took over a week to arrive, but I was being repeatedly asked to rate Floor Choice in spite of not having received the goods! Irritating

For my second order I paid for next day delivery, after 3 days the goods had not arrived. I emailed Floor Choice asking where they were - I did not receive a response. They arrived after a week - I had paid £16 for nothing.

I will not use them again

i have just purchased 3 amega riven nior woorktops from floor choice not only were they the cheapest i could find any where there delivery service was excellent

The service I have received from floor choice has been excellent from start to finish. The price was the best I could find and the communication from the company was excellent as well. Even the courier was polite and very helpful.
