A very good transaction with Flooring Hut all the way through, from helpful sales staff on the phone before I bought through a straightforward on-line purchase to a quick delivery, all at a good price too. It's good to find a company that actually delivers good customer service and support when there are so many that just pay it lip service.

I manage a business centre (rented office space) and always use Flooring Hut for office carpet tiles, which tend to need replacing quite often. The costs are competitive with free delivery on larger orders. It's easy to order online and at checkout you have the option/link to pay by BACS/Pro forma invoice. Which as a business we need.............Never had a deliver or customer service issue. Following placing an order a confirmation email is received

It wasn't that all went without a hitch, but the response by Paul at Flooring Hut to the problems that came up with the order was very good and the order arrived to my satisfaction and with goodwill on their part including on price. So I'd certainly go through them again.

An excellent website covering a large range of products. Telephone enquiry dealt with very promptly and effectively. Quick delivery of my order which sadly had been undermeasured from my side by one pack. With the fitters champing at the bit to finish the job Flooring Hut saved the day very quickly by sending a single additional pack by special courier. Excellent service.
