So disappointed
So disappointed. This is the second home I've used their supply of laminate flooring for but unfortunately, they've really let me down. Having ordered laminate and underlay for a full home renovation, due for delivery yesterday, I found out today they didn't include the underlay. Reason given: they ran out of stock! They were very happy to take my money and let me believe all was well. When I complained, outlining the impact of this is an incredible amount of inconvenience, lost time and cost, I received an apology and the comp of a delivery fee! Unreal. I'd avoid using them if you want reliable fulfilment if your order and good customer service.

I placed my order on 18 June 2026, and unfortunately, it still hasn’t been resolved.
I was told two weeks ago that everything would be completed, but when the products finally arrived, they were damaged and broken. I returned the items as instructed and was told that I would receive a refund. However, as of today, 14 August 2026, I still have not received my money or any update regarding my refund.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I have waited long enough and I expect my refund to be processed immediately.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be shopping with your company again.

Excellent Customer Service
The 18 boxes of Quick-Step Laminate were delivered this morning (13.08.2026) but the Underlay on my P Order didn't arrive! Julie in Customer Service was very apologetic I hadn't been advised they were out of stock. When I explained my fitter was scheduled to start the job early the next day, Julie along with Irene got the issue resolved and some Underlay will hopefully be on a special delivery they have arranged for tomorrow morning (14.08.2026).
