Ordered a sample and then when I went to order the amount we needed because we liked the sample so much, we were told they no longer stock it as it's discontinued. Why sell the sample if you don't have the flooring

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company, particularly Irene, who managed my order. There were multiple errors throughout the process, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Communication with the team was poor, and it was extremely difficult to get my money refunded. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to others.

Take orders for stock they don’t have and not proving refunds
Warning they fraudulently take orders for stock they don’t have. Do not order from them if need the item soon. They take money for items out of stock and do not update up you or offer a refund. Keeping my money and not offering a refund. Or updating me on the order.
I Ordered some Karndean flooring which is expected to be delivered this week. Found out via a different supplier it won’t be in stock until October. Flooring supplies are still not updating me on the order or offering a refund.
I even contacted customer services and the chat bot just stopped talking to me when I questioned the order availability and that I hadn’t been told or offered a refund.
My building project is reliant on it.

It did come the next day but with no communication from quick step direct ( not flooring direct) and came just as I was leaving the house. They needed a signature! So easily avoided with a text or email to let me know!

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered and paid for flooring in May to be delivered July. Was sold to someone else hence not available for me. Was not notified. Wrecked my summer holiday plans. This happened again. Wrong address used for delivery twice but luckily I checked. Many miscommunications and wrong messages. a couple of nice staff members tried but some were patronising and ill informed. Finally booked a call with the manager but he did not bother to ring when agreed. Substitute wood was way off the colour advertised and hence was useless. No compensation was given for wasting my time, energy and holiday plans. And that's only part of the story. Don't risk buying with this company. There are others just as good. I have found a local company with cheaper comparable products, more knowledge and far better service. Flooring Supplies response here is formulaic AI writing with no meaning or substance
