Disappointing
Recently, I have been renovating a property and needed some flooring for my kitchen.
I went into this branch of Floorstore 4/5 times over the last few months.
I was looking for help , advice and assistance .
I found the staff most unhelpful, disinterested and surly.
After 6-8 weeks i am still waiting for a quotation for my floor !!!
This experience has been extremely bad and extremely disappointing .

Fantastic service from Mike
Had a wonderful experience today selecting carpets with Mike. He was very helpful and knew exactly where to direct us based off the description of the feel of carpet we wanted. This massively helped guide us make decisions as it can be quite overwhelming choosing carpets in a large store. Mike was fantastic with meeting our budgets and requirements based on where we wanted the carpets to go. Also very efficient at drawing up a quote and giving us a figure to walk away with and think about on the same day! Would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a variety and some excellent guidance.

third flooring order…
We’ve just had our third flooring order from Floorstore fitted today. Always great service from Mike in store who has the patience of a saint, nothing is too much trouble. Simon the surveyor who is always on time and always ready to answer questions and give good advice. Great team of fitters today in Mark and Adam who took great care in fitting our carpet and vinyl to make sure it was fitted perfectly despite there being a few tricky areas and made sure everything was tidied up before leaving. I would definitely have them fit any future flooring for us.

The two lovely young men came to fit the laminate were polite and professional. The laminate was fitted in a couple of hours. Very happy with Floorstore staff and the job they've done.
