Andy was amazing
Andy was amazing. Very helpful and never once losing his patience with a customer who would ask the same question many times, some would put this done to old age, I appreciated the fact that this was not a massive sale but care and attention was 5 Star.

I recently bought very expensive…
I originally left a 1‑star review due to a problem with my laminate flooring lifting shortly after installation. I’m pleased to update this to a full 5‑star review, as The Floor Store reacted quickly once made aware of the issue. Their fitter returned and corrected the problem, and the laminate now looks exactly as it should.
I also want to highlight the fantastic service from Adrian, the carpet fitter arranged by the store. His communication was excellent throughout, and he did a brilliant job — professional, reliable, and genuinely skilled.
I’m not someone who gives bad reviews lightly, and I’m equally happy to update them when things are put right. Thank you to The Floor Store for resolving the issue promptly and for providing great service overall.
