Davinder was really quick to respond, he was very helpful sourcing the product I wanted which I don't believe the store had in. He was kind enough to check my maths for the area I need to cover. A great customer experience

Very good experience, customer service was amazing and so helpful! Added to my order after placing which was kind.

Ordered lots of samples and chose the warm sand oak 12mm straight plank laminate. We didn’t need it straight away, but were able to take advantage of the bank holiday sale and have it delivered a few months later which was great. Flooring arrived and really happy with the quality. Two packs were damaged (not the fault of Floor Street- one corner of the pallet had broken off where the packs were resting). Contacted customer service with photos of what had happened and Sean replied promptly. No quibbles, he advised that he’d contacted the supplier to arrange a replacement for the damaged packages. They were delivered the following morning- amazing customer service! Great company to deal with offering the best price we could find for premium product. We’ll be ordering again as our renovation progresses. Thank you!

Davinder was wonderful in helping me make decisions regarding my flooring. We already purchased previously the herringbone Desert Oak but now we want LVT for some traffic heavy areas in our house. He advised what the best match was- I’d already ordered samples but he was right! He then called and helped me work out the measurements. Tony was also really helpful through the process.
