Great company, Well in tune with customer and UX first, Great selection and super easy to work with

Really healthy plants delivered with a great service team. I had excellent communication with the ordering team and then the logistics team to get the order chosen and delivered. They were totally happy to hand hold me through my first order, although in actual fact this isn’t needed really as everything is on the web site and it’s all actually really simple.

I cannot rate FlorAccess highly enough.

Ewoud and Eldin and the rest of the team offer a fantastic service as well as top-level support and customer care.

It took me a very long time to build up to making my first order and Eldin especially was always on hand to help me make decisions and offer advice and knowledge as I whittled down my shopping list.

The plants arrived quickly and in great condition, my only regret is not listening to Eldin more!

I had an issue with some plants in my first order and it is was resolved quickly and without question. So much so that I very happily recently made my second order with FlorAccess.

If only all suppliers were as professional as these guys!

this was my first time using FlorAccess and honestly it couldn't have been easier, from setting up an account with them from using to online shop to delivery everything was exactly as explained. The plants all arrived in good condition and on the expected delivery date. I will be using them again in the future.

I'm more than happy with this first order. Eldin from the Sales Dept has arranged everything and gives the word service a totally new dimension to me. They even arranged a delivery with a third party transporter without any supplement, because the delivery address was located at a point difficult to reach for their normal semi truck.
The order arrived on time and the plants are of perfect quality. Gys, you have a client for life here! Nogmaals hartelijk bedankt!

The service i got from FlorAccess was simply unbelievable! Eldin and Ewoud were simply fantastic. Great professionals and always willing to help and answer any questions I had. The whole buying experience has been excellent. The website is very easy to use, super easy to navigate and buy. We've ordered few times now and no complaints here. Quality is excellent and plants usually even better than expected. If there's been any problems customer service has solved them very quickly. One time we weren't 100% happy with one of the products and after sending some pics we got a full refund. Definitely will order again (and again).
