All of the team at FlorAccess are so helpful and really make my business flourish. If I ever have any issues (which isn't often at all) they're very quick to resolve and understand the effect it can have on me a small business. I honestly couldn't recommend them any more. Viva la Plants!

The customer service was second to none - they went above and beyond to help me, even though my order wasn't large. The plants were fantastic quality and arrived when and where they were supposed to. I often forget to leave reviews but I wanted to write this one because I think they were outstanding, thank you.

I received my first order from Floraccess last week. Everything from start to finish was handled so professionally and the communication I received from Eldin was the best customer service I have received from a company. The follow up emails to check if everything was ok are also really nice to receive. The plants were in excellent condition and of very high quality. I look forward to my next order.
