I have used floridacarhire for more than ten years. The website is very easy to use. The gold insurance covers everything. Prices are very competitive. They seem to have a good relationship with their suppliers as I have never been pressured into upgrading anything at the desk. I like the facility to save time by pre entering drivers details. I especially appreciated their email to tell me that they had agreed with all their suppliers that they would not require a dvla code following the phasing out of the paper counterpart. I recommend this firm to everyone.

I was very impressed with the online assistance I received, she was very helpful and managed to beat the best price I had found even allowing for cashback. I will certainly recommend them and almost certainly use them again.

This is the fifth time I have rented my holiday car with Florida Car Hire as it is always easy to do and is excellent value.

When I have called to speak to staff for my voucher for short notice bookings the staff have always been efficient, helpful and pleasant.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The website was easy and my booking took only a few minutes. I was e-mailed the confirmation straight away and the voucher was in my e-mail box the very next day. The price was cheaper than booking direct and best of all I could pay in £ sterling so no exchange fees! I will readily use them again.

Basing this review purely on the booking process, I won't pick up the car until September in Florida, but the booking process was painless enough. Price seems exceptionally good for the type of car I'm hiring and the length of time I'm hiring it for.

Ease of booking and great money savings as promised. I'll definitely be back again.

booked a car for 2 week holiday in florida and paid deposit.
when confirmation arrived it was slightly different from quote.
emailed them asking for clarification and as yet haven't had a reply (5 days later).

We have used floridacarhire.com for a good few years now and have always had a good service, a reasonable price and so far no hassle. Rob is always very helpful and knowledge and does what he says he will, when I speak to him on the phone. The Website is also very easy to use. My only issue or reason for 4 not 5 stars is I never have my phone calls returned when I leave a message, as requested to if phoning outside of hours or if they are busy, and I have to keep phoning back and hope to get through. I will be happy to continue to use them in the future.
